“I needed a new computer set up that was tailored towards my specific needs rather than having the new model that catered towards everything. PC Specialist was straight forward to use, went a bit over my head as a new user, the pricing was fair, and the delivery time was great. Arrived in excellent condition too, and I'm very pleased with my computer now. Great job!”

“My Ionico laptop was built to order and delivered within a week. The price was very competitive - I could not find any other supplier coming any where near the value of this machine. I am very happy with the quality of the laptop - nice and sturdy. Also, not too many trial programs to uninstall, which makes life easier when setting up.”

“Very pleased with my new PC very quick and efficient nice touch the photos taken of your pc this is probably my 5th or. 6th that I have bought from PC Specialist any problems in the past were dealt complete efficiency and good customer service great courier service couldn’t set up right away being a bit under the weather I would highly recommend getting your PC from PC Specialist very professional.”

“I purchased a gaming PC for my son. I never expected such a great level of customer service. First, their website to create the PC is really well put together, very easy to configure and the website checks that the parts are all compatible. Even helps you save money by advising on parts that are too powerful for the current configuration and provides a better match. After ordering, which you can do via direct purchase or buy now pay later, customer service reached out to inform me of lack of the chosen CPU and provided an alternative (which was superior than the one I chose) at no extra cost, this was great! I loved how they kept me informed of the progress, they send a link with a 360 rendering of how the PC is looking at a particular stage. that was really cool. The process took less than a week, it was incredibly fast. I have purchased PC parts and made my own also purchase through Dell. Never had an experience like this! I totally recommend it! The computer is great no issues whatsoever.”
