“PC Specialist web site not only offers above competitive pricing & amazing tech support but I was well informed throughout the entire process of what was happening to my machine and by who. Configuring my machine to my own requirements was also very easy, with their suggestive part picker ensuring there were no incompatibility issues. Overall, zero complaints. I enjoy building my own PC's but after so many times I got to the point where I just wanted something immediately and honesty couldn't be bothered with the whole building process & then testing the machine post that. The guys behind my machine did an excellent job as it is working to a terrific standard out the box. 5/5”

“Regular updates on the progress of the build, delivery on time, nice PC with secure package and clear instructions. The PCS forum is very useful for asking advice from experts and finding hints and tips on which components to choose for your PC based on your available budget. I would recommend PC Specialist for buying a new PC.”

“Excellent customer service both pre and post purchase. Found the computer configuration system to be very intuitive and customer friendly. Delivery was made in a timely manner and the packaging was first class. I will use PC Specialist again.”

“This laptop was easy to spec, arrived quickly and is working well. I am really pleased with the quality I've got for the money I've paid - far better than the high street offers AND without the unnecessary extra software that you get with high street laptop purchases. The communications from PC Specialist that tell you how far along your build is, are great. I cannot fault the company or the hardware.”

“Magnificent product for such a reasonable price compared to other PC sellers. The customer service line pick up any calls almost instantly and are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to invest in a high quality PC!”

“Very happy with my new PC, and was a much needed upgrade from my old sluggish build! Delivery was quick after dispatch, and was very well-packaged for choosing the standard delivery option. Have ordered 3 machines from here now (one being for brother-in-law), and so far have been all excellent service.”

“DPD did not make delivery and did not tell PC specialist the truth. They said they tried to deliver but did not even turn up. The last two computers we have had have issues with. These issue are not solved quickly. Quality control, Service has gone down. What a shame they were a good Company.”

“I had a great customer experience. The actual PC oozes quality and is put together very well. I purchased a custom PC made to my own specification and the value for money was incredible. The build took around a week, with that you get a fully tested PC and for the complexity I think this is very good. Once built and tested the delivery was next day. The DIY configuration process was easy to use but I would recommend doing homework on the components to fully make sure they match your requirements. At the end of the day I saved myself at least £1200 on a stock PC from elsewhere, which would have not fully met my requirements. Excellent experience thanks.”

“Hands down one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Their website is so well done and makes it very easy to select the components for your PC, advising you on compatibility along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, I received an email regularly updating me on the status of my order and they even sent me a 3D image of my PC during the build, so good! I spoke to customer service to upgrade a drive halfway through the process and they were very happy to oblige, so helpful. Delivery was 7 days in total which is impressive considering all the testing and quality control they perform. My PC came via courier so well packaged and secure with an excellent welcome box, with all the accessories and information I needed to get set up. I’ve even joined the PCS Forum which is great, as it’s full of helpful hints and tips for everything computer related. Handy for a non expert like myself. All in all, I would highly recommend PC Specialist if you’re looking to purchase a new computer. You get a custom built machine with top spec which is assembled and tested by professionals, something I always thought would be out of my reach but is actually very affordable. So much better and powerful than anything from a high street department store and way more stylish too. Thank you PC Specialist!”

“Having configured and purchased a Tower Gaming PC from PC Specialist a couple of years ago I had no hesitation in choosing them for my new Ionico Laptop. Once build started I got full communications about each stage right through to final inspection and delivery. The Laptop arrived very well packed and built as specified. I've had trouble free use since. I already recommend PC Specialist to people I know.”

“This is the second PC I have purchesed from these guys. The first one ran flawlessly for over four years and is still running just as well today as it was when I first bought it. I am received my new PC about a week after ordering it, despite a little problem with Bluetooth, which they were very helpful and quick to get it sorted. If you are looking for a new PC, I would highly recommend giving PC Specialists a try, you won't be disappointed.”

“My old pc packed up, had it for years, and always wanted a PC that was configured how I wanted it, not off the shelf standard. What I liked most was: 1) The web shop is easy to use - no problems and reliable. 2) The online configurator is good and tells you if there are any conflicts 3) Very competitive pricing 4) Use of generic parts so that future upgrade and modification is easy to do I am very satisfied with PC Specialist so far and my machine is a dream!”
