“I found the ordering process online very easy. However The confirmation email didn't mention that I had chosen a pick-up point which was confusing. I also failed to create an account and I had to contact customer service for help. I really liked the option of collecting my laptop but it came in a very large box which made it a hassle to carry it home. The laptop itself is brilliant - fast, good screen and keyboard. Because of its speed it saves me a lot of time in everyday use. I wholeheartedly recommend it and I am proud to support a British company. Considering the specifications PC Specialist is actually cheaper than many of its rivals.”

“The gpu support I requested was badly installed and was touching the gpu fan,making a loud noise and slowing the fan. After removing the support there was no issue. So far I am pleased with my purchase but really time will tell”

“I bought myself a PC for the first time from these chaps, having upgraded from a 17 inch laptop to a relatively high-specced rig (4060 Ti, etc.) So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. Wires are neat and orderly, and I was able to figure out quickly how to set it up without any experience with PCs. I would be happy to purchase again from this lot when I intend to upgrade in a few years.”

“I don't know enough about PC's to build one, what component is compatible with what is too much for me to keep track of. Plus being on a budget I don't know if I'm getting a good bang for my buck. That being the case I have to rely on others to do it for me. PCSpecialist made it very easy, I selected a pre built model from a range of various price ranges. Then I was given the option to make any changes I wanted by swapping out parts. I tried saving a few quid by going for a less fancy case and was warned the one I had selected was too small for the motherboard I had. I was then shown the same options with any incompatible ones highlighted red. I could still save a bit of money knowing I wasn't making the wrong option. In the end I mainly stuck to the pre built specs and I've been happy with my purchase. I wanted something quickly, I ordered on Monday and it was ready by Thursday, I selected Sunday delivery and it was on my doorstep by 11am. I'd definitely use them again and I'd be comfortable researching things like graphics cards and maybe swapping parts out as I know these guys won't let me mess it up.”

“Ordered my build on Tuesday night having it fast tracked in the hope they would manage to have it complete before the end of Friday(3 working day) so I could receive it on Monday morning. The build was completed early and sent for dispatch Thursday and arrived Friday which was a great surprise! Cable management was excellent as well very professional!”

“Since I have bought several units from PC Specialist, I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed, good delivery time, arrived when promised and worked out the box.
