“I've ordered 2 desktops and 1 laptop over the last 20 years, each time from PC Specialist due to the service and support on their building system and help from staff. The builds have each lasted well past shelf life and I'll likely be back in 10+ years after this desktop purchase”

“I recently got my first gaming desktop from PCSpecialist and I was very pleased with the entire process. Picking the parts was easy and if anything was incompatible it would tell me the problem in detail. I opted for 3 day fast track and was very impressed that considering there was a minor issue in the testing phase, it was dispatched very quickly and packaged well for delivery. As for the minor issue, I was contacted by phone to say the build wouldn't post with RGB RAM installed but worked with the none RGB variant. They made sure I was happy to proceed and provided a refund for the difference between RGB and non RGB. It was some of the best customer support and communication I've ever recieved. I'll be writing a in depth hardware and PCS experience review on a website that I write for as well... but I'm very happy.”

“Second time purchasing. First computer lasted 11 years (with multiple upgrades). Great build quality again this time. Their testing process also identified unexpected issues with part compatibility which they resolved. It would have been a costly mistake if I had come across this myself in a self build. Price was reasonable too, only marginally higher than buying parts myself. My only dislike is how specialist put their ugly logo on the cases. They removed it for free, but the process of me asking and then ordering added several days to my build. I would knock half a star for this if I could.”

“Built to specification with good update's as to progress, testing and delivery. Delivered on time and up and running in two days with my own extra bits added to the delivered PC. Very happy with the design and the space with ion the cabinet. Great service.”

“My experience with PC Specialist was fantastic start to finish, their forum was super helpful when deciding what PC build to go for. Selecting the correct components on their site was really easy and it even tell you if something you’ve selected is not needed for the build. I was kept up to date throughout the build and delivery was very speedy. All I had to do upon delivery was plug in my PC and I was ready to go! I would definitely recommend using these guys if you want to begin your PC gaming journey or even upgrade what you have.”
