“The easiest custom PC experience I have ever had. The website is so clear and wonderfully helpful, making sure that everything you order will be compatible and taking so much of the anxiety out of the process! It even saved me some money as I had overestimated the power requirements and the builder recommended I choose a smaller power supply. The communication throughout the build process has been stellar, with plenty of updates, pictures, and clear guidance. And to cap it all off, the pricing was very reasonable compared to competitors! They even have a fantastic array of financing arrangements which have been very helpful! I unreservedly recommend them and will be purchasing all my household laptops and PCs from them for the forseeable future.”

“Great experience buying new PC for my son. We spent some time to configure it, but the website was intuitive and guided us to build it correctly and from compatible components. After that we received nice package with all the manuals etc. Great experience!”

“This was my second time using PCspecialist after a previous build in 2016. That PC was still going strong, but I needed to update my setup. The new PC has been great. It took about a week to build and there were regular updates on the progress. The delivery information was accurate and prompt. The machine was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I've been really impressed with the service and information provided. The emails were very clear about how to assemble any extras, and I was able to redeem an offer for a free game via their website. Excellent service. Thank you very much.”

“Spec was agreed on in 10 mins, emails back and forth whilst I was on phone. Quote received and order placed. Delivery spot on. It was always professional and even when I had a query after goods had been delivered (post 2 weeks) it was sorted out immediately via quick assist.”

“PC was built and sent in a short amount of time, the only reason it didn’t come even sooner was because I placed the order just before a bank holiday. The website’s tracker for a build is fantastic and well informed, they even send you a 360 scan of your build before beginning tests in case you have a query! Choosing parts also couldn’t have been easier when making an order, they even have a system to tell you if bits are incompatible or other potential errors with your selection.”

“No nonsense down to earth business. The process of building the PC is useful and logical. Good Value and quick build time To my recollection this the seventh purchase in which I have been involved. A sudden motherboard failure of a much upgraded six year old machine, from PCS forced me to spend almost £1,000 at PCW. At two years one month ago, the PCS delivery time, due to component problems, was too long.”
