“PC Specialist are above the rest when it comes to custom pre-built rigs. I have now purchased two machines from them. One back in 2020 and now in 2024. Both experiences have been fantastic and can't fault them for any part of the process. Both builds had fantastic build quality”

“Great value computer. Really pleased with the ease of ordering process, speed of delivery etc. my only slight issue was with the handbook, when the QR codes provided for drivers and Windows registration didn’t work. However, the support team were very quick to respond to my emails and everything is, hopefully, now sorted.”

“Very impressed with ordering, the cost, the build and the delivery of my computer from PC Specialist. My only negative was the handbook because the links in this to download drivers and to register Windows did not work. However, the support team answered my emails very quickly and I feel I am on the way to having a great PC.”

“It is easy to specify exactly what you want, then the order is placed and the machine arrives. No fuss, no bother. Great technical support is a phone call away. I have just ordered 2 identical machines for me and my wife, and I can set them up in similar ways. And the price is very competitive. What's not to like?”

“This is the third mid-to-high-range gaming laptop I've bought from PCSpecialist. I pretty much will not buy from any other retailer, because I know that anything I buy from PCSpecialist will be sturdy, powerful, and built to last. Both the other computers I bought lasted for about 5 years, and that was only because of a couple of unfortunate accidents on my behalf - even after 5 years of heavy usage, they were still very strong and capable, handling most modern releases at almost maximum graphics settings, and could have lasted much longer. Build time and dispatch has always been quick - delivered within about 2 to 3 weeks from order - with lots of helpful updates about each step of the process. The box it comes in is huge, because they really don't hold back on the protective packaging to keep it safe. If you want a computer you're going to be using every day for 7 years or more, I definitely think PCSpecialist is the right choice.”

“Ordered my PC very late on Friday before Bank Holiday and added Saturday delivery as was in hospital for a major operation the following week so wanted my PC before then so I could install it, PC Specialist kept me upto date when I phoned them on the Tuesday with queries as to it being a short turn around. They had a great selection of Parts and components to choose from, all seems to have been built to a very high standard. When my PC arrived on the Saturday it came very well packaged, despite slight damaged to the external box caused by DPD. the PC itself was untouched and perfectly protected thanks to the way it was package by PC Specialist. Would highly recommend and use again.”

“Super happy with PC Specialist. Very easy to pick the parts you want through their website. Build and shipment was very quick. Build is of very high quality and cables are all neatly organised and tucked away. However I do wish that some categories have more parts/brands to choose from, I would also like newer cases. Some parts/categories have little to no explanation or tech spec, so might be harder to choose for a non-technical customer.”
