“First of all, I'm surprised that this company doesn't bombard you to leave a review - and this is one company I really wanted to leave a review for. This being my first PC, I decided to go for a custom-configured build, and they did an amazing job. The ordering process was really straightforward. You can safely play around with different combinations, and the site will tell you if the parts are compatible or not. I was also given constant updates after I had made the order, with a 3D picture of the final build (which I was dying to see, lol). I paid for the 3-day fast track, and the PC was dispatched on the third day for me to receive it on the fourth day. (Next-day delivery is the default, I think.) It's safe to say this company blew my expectations out of the water. Also, I love how I can still make upgrades through them, even though I already have the PC. I would definitely recommend them for those trying to get into PC gaming but need a little bit of hand-holding. I've attached a picture of how it looks in my setup!”

“My 4th PC from PCSpecialist, 3 for me and one I spec'd for a neighbour. As usual a brilliant service. I love the way it's possible to change the smallest of details for any pc and get an instant update on the price. The PC this replaces was built by me 7 years ago but now I can't get the components at a price that makes the 3 year warranty worth losing, hence another from this company. I bought a low end RTX4060Ti to keep me going but the case was chosen to take 4090 when the price comes down after the 50 series comes out next year. Easy to order and it was delivered within a week of ordering in a huge padded box. Not many PC companies have lasted as long as this one and I expect it'll continue to be the number 1 in my book.”

“Can't speak highly enough of the service. I gave them my requirements which they turned in to a build. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Website very easy to use. Constant updates throughout the process and when it was delivered, it was packaged superbly. Would definitely recommend after being let down by Dell's "computer says no" approach to upgrading certain components on their flagship PCs.”

“I first bought a custom PC from PCS about 4 years ago. I wanted a company that was able to provide me with a PC but with the components and configuration I wanted. Build and quality excellent. I have since bought a second PC for my youngest son. Highly recommend these guys. Customer service is excellent too!”

“pc specialist was very quick to build PC and helped me along the way with delivery issues with DPD who I had several issues with as they had my pc 11 days, I paid for weekend delivery took a day off work it did not arrive pc specialist's phoned DPD and was given no further information. I rang DPD who said they could not find my pc and an investigation would need to be done. I then received a message on the Monday saying my pc was on its way causing me to have to take more time off work. Pc specialist refunded my weekend delivery charge with no hesitation and were very helpful”
