“Very good specification at a very good price. Delivery within 1 week, and small problem with Windows not being activated was solved very quickly by a phone call to tech support. The PC is now set up for my sister and is working well.”

“The laptop arrived sooner than expected, in excellent packaging. Setting up was very straightforward. The only pain during use has been Microsoft - constant interruptions and requests to log in, pay for Word (which we don't use, much preferring LibreOffice) use their Internet protection (we use BitDefender). The keyboard is terrific, as is the screen. We're very happy so far!”

“Purchasing our recent PCs through PC Specialist was a breeze. They provide an easy to use online configurator which verifies your configuration choices prior to purchase and they provided helpful step by step status updates during the build and delivery process. Very happy with the new machines and highly recommend PC Specialist”

“This is my second custom computer from them, but the first in a decade I think. The website was good for configuration and the team responsive when I asked questions to help decide on my order. There have been a few niggles, most importantly that my assumption would be that I could dock the laptop with my workstation components, but it turned out that Video-Over-USB is not a function of the USB Type C port that the device comes with, which is irritating because it stops me from being able to hot-desk at my sites. Also the built-in webcam is very low resolution 1MB and I didn't spot that during the specification; there was no option to upgrade it. The result is that it is embarrassingly grainy for professional meetings, and Windows Hello will not operate with it (which feels like I'm stepping back in time!). Those go to show that every assumption made is a risk of disappointment.”

“Bought my first computer from PCS several years ago. Ordered a number since - some for friends/relatives. I recommended PCS to them because; 1) Prices are fair. 2) Quality is excellent. 3) Communication ditto. 4) Tech support I have called occasionally when I have done something stupid and they are always very helpful. Phone calls answered pretty quickly and email queries answered the same way. 5) Highly recommended.”

“Very easy website to enable pesonalised PC. This machine was an all-in one PC which needed a bigger than standard hard drive which was fitted and everything worked perfectly out of the box. The whole process from order to delivery was less then a week, exccellent service!”

“I felt confident from reading the reviews and I also read the forum on the website before I made a decision. I had a question which was answered promptly. The choices for customising your PC were excellent with quality products. The service was also excellent and I was kept informed at every stage. When the PC arrived it was so simple to set up and it is working brilliantly. Nice quiet fan and swift running. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Everything from parts selection, build process and testing, delivery all went exactly as described. The whole process was updatd daily so I could see what stage the computer was at along the way. The build quality is very good and everything appears to be exactly as I expected. Great service and product, I would definitely buy my next computer from this company.”
