“Excellent service with a very well build PC :) Communication from PC Specialist during the build process was also very good and the PC was delivered in great condition and on time Would highly recommend using PC Specialist for custom PCs and will definitely use them again in the future should I ever need an upgrade”

“incredibly helpful in setting up my first pc from them. I spent a long time in the forum fien tuning my custom pc with the help of expert members. the pc came on time and packaged very well. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it runs smoothly and does what I need.”

“the Pc was built quite quickly and despatched sooner than i thought, and I was kept updated on every step from start to finish Unfortunately, on starting it up there was clearly a problem with the graphics.However, the response from customer service was again excellent and after having to jump through a few hoops( expected as the new graphic card that needed to be sent out is between 300 - 400 pounds ), it was resolved very quickly and efficently efficiently(3 days from 1st reporting problem to new card arriving. As soon as i Put new card in it has worked beautifully !!!! I would have given 5 star but for the damaged graphic card which was clearly done in Transit and outside of your control Well, done PCSpecialist !!!!!”

“So pleased with my new PC from PC Specialist's, a brilliant spec for the money. From the go I was impressed with level of service provided, which kept me constanly updated with my order, although I was chomping at the bit in wanting it ASAP, I really appreciated the time and effort given in showing me exactly where my PC was in the order progress at each stage. Very pleased with my purchase and the experience and would highly recommend.”

“Bought a PC after wanting one for years. A friend told me about PC specialist and said it was easy to use and the build would be customisable. I originally wanted to build the PC but had no idea where to start. The website confused me a little at first as there is a variety of options however after a while i understood how to navigate it, I loved the way that you could choose a set up based on the games that you mainly play. I was able to choose a PC case that went well with my setup through the variety of options. As well as choosing what I wanted inside of my build. The PC runs smoothly and is everything I wanted, would recommend to friends and family as it was a super quick process, from the day of order to receiving the pc itself was only 6 days. They kept me extremely up to date with what was happening, even though as times it felt like i was being teased lol.”

“A new laptop to replace a 12 year old Dell XPS15 Telephone advice was very helpful in making the full spec. It would have been good to have been advised that delivery was likely to be at the weekend and that the courier service was Monday-Friday unless a supplement was paid. However this was sorted for me. Laptop startup is very speedy and display seems good. Keyboard layout is different to the Dell and others: I’m slowly getting used to it. On/off switch is fiddly I haven’t yet had cause to test the microphone or camera The real negative is the feeble and tinny sound quality (compared to the Dell, other laptops I have used or my smartphone). I haven’t yet had a Zoom or Teams meeting to see if it will perform adequately for this.”

“The selection when building your own PC couldn't have been easier. A small suggestion is to add a little description of what are the benefits of a specific mother board / graphics card when so many to choose from. When ready to order, great feedback when suggesting need an upgrade to power supply to make sure all will function as expected. Communication from order to delivery was exemplary. Very clear detail of all the steps to be made along the way and the expected time in each step. Packaging was very good and sturdy. Very happy with my purchase and the experience and would recommend”

“I ordered a power up PC and set this for express build service. I cannot fault this as my machine was built and tested and dispatched within 3 days of the order going in. Machine is awesome and the case and LEDs are just brilliant that I ordered. Machine is so quiet and runs a dream. Games are awesome to play on this. Excellent service and quick shipping. No issues with ordering or payment and communications outstanding.”
