“I’m not a pc wiz, so this business made it nice and easy to choose which parts I want for my pc, came very fast also considering I ordered it over the festive period. Although I did add a very small amount of storage without realising, it would’ve been nice for the team to contact me and double check my specs but it was 100% my fault regardless. Such a good business, will be recommending to friends”

“Pc specialist did great work on my new build the 3d preview image was a great touch. When it arrived the wifi arial to the motherboard was broken I called them and they sent a replacement straight out 10 out of 10 from me thank you:)”

“Having ordered my Laptop on Boxing Day and with all the holidays etc, I wasn't expecting delivery for at least 2 weeks. However, PC Specialist had my Laptop all sorted to my spec and delivered to my door in 9 days. I am more than happy with this service. I haven't tested my Laptop properly yet but happy with everything so far. Thanks guys.”

“I’m writing this review nearly a year after receiving and using my pre-built PC. While it still runs, there have been ongoing issues. The machine occasionally boots into BIOS for no apparent reason, even though I always make sure to shut it down properly each evening. When the PC first arrived, the RAM and GPU were loose and had to be properly installed. As someone who isn't familiar with this process, I spent three hours on the phone to get everything set up, getting Windows running required some hoop jumping too. The SQL even had to be investigated and have things checked and setup once everything got running . I was frustrated that these issues weren’t addressed during the initial build and testing phase. Another major concern is the performance with certain games, such as Elden Ring and Space Marine. Despite extensive troubleshooting, including searching for solutions online, I found no answers. When I reached out to PCSpecialist for support, the response I received was disappointing—essentially telling me that my system was "supposed" to be slow due to the 32GB of RAM. It felt like a dismissive "go away" response from customer service. While some games run fine, my favorites do not. Overall, I regret my decision to use PCSpecialist for a build that cost over £2,000. The service I received was far below expectations, especially when I’ve had better experiences with companies like CCL Online for much cheaper machines.”

“Ordered a PC off of PC specialist and not only was the process easy but it was quick. I ordered during the Christmas period and wasn't expecting them to get my order processed, built and shipped for some time but hey got it out in about a week which I was really impressed by. I have only a couple complaints about my system, firstly I ran into some technical issues but the support team were very helpful in getting this solved the same day over the phone. I am also seeing some hardware issues like fan noise and coil whine but this is less about PC specialist and more on the hardware itself. I highly recommend them because not only are they decently priced but have a very helpful support team from what I have experienced.”

“Everything was great until the RMA team got involved. No response for 3 weeks until I chased them (they have a cute don't send chasers in their RMA email, probably hoping you forget about it) Then I caught them out not actually testing an RMA and then when I challenged it with my own testing prior to sending the item back, they suddenly actually do testing that resulted a, suprise-suprise, completely different result. What a joke. Avoid.”

“I used PC specialist like 15 years ago to build a laptop, needed a high end desktop and whilst I can build myself for compatibility, sizing and just peace of mind I went to them again in December 24. The process is smooth, like really smooth. Hats off to the customer journey people they make you feel valued for sure with the nice updates and little added value of sending me a pic of a desktop before shipping. Cheers peoples.”

“The all in one solution for your computer needs. I've used PC Specialist since they first came about. Their interactive site is a combination of sales, service and a fantastic forum for all your questions before you purchase, which I would highly recommend you use before biting the bullet. The forum members are excellent at steering you in the right direction before commiting. Their service is 1st class and pages are set up for ease of use if getting a bespoke machine or even a balanced system off the peg. I particularly like that they will intervene at the end process with recommendations or changes that benefit the buyer for peace of mind. They put the buyer first, which is incredibly comforting. I've just acquired my new bespoke desktop using the above with great success and fully recommend them for anyone who wants a great service and quality PC.”
