“I accidentally ordered a laptop with a screen too small, so I immediately returned the laptop and my refund was processed really quickly and by a lovely person. They offered to do a refund (minus the cost of collecting) or to put the money against a replacement, and they would give me fast-track delivery and a gold warranty. I thought this was very kind and the new laptop arrived super quickly, so I'm very grateful.”

“The process was overall simple and quick for it to arrive to me, the PC parts all had a good competitive price, the packaging for shipping is top tier with no scratches or loose components on the PC. However I would suggest using the Gaming Ready Driver for Nvidia instead of the Studio Driver on the new Nvidia App rather than Geforce Experience, for better optimisation from the get go. :)”

“The computer was built and delivered within the time frame The build quality was excellent with great attention detail extremely tidy One problem with a case fan was quickly resolved Setting up resulted in very few issues So far the computer has performed as I would have expected it to Time will tell in the long run just how reliable it will turn out to be but so far very good”

“The website was very handy with helping you build a pc you wanted while also letting you know if there was any issues between parts. The build took them one day to make, 2 days to test and two days to reach me eith the delivery. The packaging was 4/5, high quality packaging but I've seen better protected PC's by the use of double boxes and more protection around the pc than the top and bottom foam thus one had. The customer support was fantastic. They got back to me very quickly with good advice to the few queries I had asked. The pc itself has remarkable build quality. I seriously cannot fault it. Every element of the pc has been made in the most professional way and I'm over the moon with this. I definitely feel like it wad worth the money. The pc runs perfectly from the tests I've done getting better results than I expected. The one niche thing I did ask about was the tests they do on the pc for quality control to see how it's running I wanted to see the reports and eas told they delete them right after doing them, which I would of liked to see.”

“Top-notch service, free advice offered on my build with regards to improvements and savings etc. Each step was notified during the build process including pictures. I had a few delivery damage issues due to the couriers, no fault of PCS but they handled everything professionally and with speed. Very Happy to recommend!!!”

“Had used PC Specialist before, so when my old laptop finally died after 10 years I had no hesitation in ordering a new one from them. I like the custom build ordering system online, so I know I'm getting exactly what I want as opposed to selecting pre-built models. The order I placed was urgent, but they didn't know that. However the building, testing. QA and delivery process was so fast that I took physical receipt of my new laptop just 4 days after ordering it! Very happy with it so far. The only slight downside is that it won't boot up if I have my (self-powered) 12 port USB hub connected, which I find strange because my old laptop had no problem with that, but at the end of the day it's not exactly a hardship to disconnect it before rebooting and connect it up again after it's back at the desktop. Hopefully this will last me as long as my previous one did.”

“Getting a PC made to spec was great, the process wasn't too confusing (just me not understanding what parts go with what - fortunately they flag all that up) once the order was in I got updates every day or so. It took 7 days to get as I ordered late on a Monday, really not bad for a custom made PC. But the real joy is it works! I've had so many bad experiences this wasn't. Definitely would use them again.”
