“Made a order, got a confirmation that it was building the next day.After they finished my order within 5 working days.Pc arrived in great packaging and runs perfectly.They also answered any questions i had after my pc arrived.Overall great company, would buy again if i ever needed another a pc .”

“The service provided by PCSpecialist is first rate. Although they may not provide the quickest means of obtaining a new computer, the personalisation and options available make the small delay totally acceptable. The components and finished system is of the highest quality. I have used PCSpecialis on a number of occasions without any issue. This company is totally trustworthy and I would, and do, recommend them without hesitation.”

“It was finally time to get a new PC, and having used PC Specialist for a laptop when COVID first hit, I was happy to use their services again. Configuring a PC (or laptop) is relatively easy, with some great springboard options to present a preset that should work for your needs if you're not too tech' savvy. Configuring, ordering and updates on progress were pretty seamless and easy. I would perhaps say that on some devices (mobile mainly)the cost of configuring changes doesn't show which can lead to a bit of hit and miss fiddling. But it's still doable and not a big issue. The build status is updated pretty regularly and I did enjoy the nerdcore little 360⁰ view of my PC build. My only very minor gripe is the "pre-production" time is not part of the originals estimated BUILD time, and that grey area can leave you feeling a little in limbo. HOWEVER that being said the PC was assembled, checked and delivered within about two weeks. Delivery was grand and the PC was well protected for transit. Setup was painless and easy, and who doesn't enjoy peeling the protective film from the glass? The PC is absolutely grand. I did indeed opt for all the pretty lights and it does make me extra happy, PCS knows this and make sure it looks great. Overall I'd absolute recommended PC Specialist. And all being well I'll use them in the future if I ever do a big upgrade again.”

“Happy Customer, the whole process from ordering on the website until the PC was delivered was on time, efficient and seamless. Real honest advice before purchase. Great communication during build. Final build quality was outstanding. Fitted my own graphics card. Pc runs like a dream. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Overall a positive experience, though I understand that some of your parts are a little more expensive compared to if I ordered piece meal and order myself, the convenience and stability is worth the extra price. Though I do think you need to do a better job of not taking the micky with some of the prices. £9 for a drop of MX4? This kind of stuff is insulting and that needs to be sorted.”

“From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and well-supported. Their website made building a custom PC incredibly easy, guiding me through component selection by highlighting compatibility issues and even suggesting better options where relevant. This gave me confidence that I was making the right choices. The build quality of the PC is outstanding, and I was kept informed every step of the way. One of the coolest features was receiving a 360° preview of my build before it even went through QA—such a nice touch! Delivery was also impressively fast, arriving just a day after dispatch. “Ordering this computer was very easy. I am a complete beginner and have no knowledge of computers so I relied on my boyfriend to explain things to me but we placed the order together and honestly I could have done it on my own since the interface for ordering is very straightforward and each part is explained carefully. I appreciated the continuous emails informing us of the computer's progress. When it arrived, I had an issue so I called customer service and they were very helpful and not at all patronising, which I had been worried they might be! All in all, a very satisfying experience, and the computer itself is exactly what I needed, for less money than I had anticipated paying. I would happily recommend PC Specialist to anybody else.”

“Purchased the 27inch all-in-one. Using the website for the build was easy. Upgraded to i7 processor and 32gb RAM. Computer is so fast compared to my 7 year old HP Pavilion. Boot time is an incredible 14 seconds. Delivery was excellent and product well packaged. Saved lots of money compared to going to big companies and I got to decide the specification. First time using PC Specialists and I will not go back to the big high st shops in the future. Very pleased with the whole experience and love using my new computer.”

“I’ve always wanted a gaming pc, so when I got one from PC Specialist I was happy because the process went smoothly and even when buying it, it suggested different components that allowed the cost to come down. For my first gaming pc I’m happy, I practically bought it for hearts of iron 4 so in the future when I want to play a wider range of games I’ll definitely buy another one from he. Great service.”
