“I wanted to replace my old PC (also from PC Specialist) as I'd had it for a while. Like last time I love how customisable everything is. This time round I picked one of their suggested builds but changed only a few components and it works like a dream.”

“I've always built my own gaming pc's so this was my first time using an online PC configurator/builder. I am very impressed with the communication and speed of the service from start to finish. In fact the speed from ordering to shipping is amazingly efficient. The 360 angle photo of your build is also a really nice touch. Cable management is spot on and the Bios was on the latest version. The system arrived very well packaged, not a single scratch/dent on the case. My only slight gripes are firstly the RAM was not running at the correct speed, resetting the Bios fixed this, but it's a good job i checked. Also due to the CPU cooler size, it had to be fitted with the fans in a different position (behind the heatsink which is rather ugly) to avoid covering the RAM. I appreciate this decision to not hide the RGB RAM, but it would had been nice to have been notified off this before the build as i would have maybe chosen a different cooler. In fairness to PCS, when i told them about this, they offered to collect the PC and change the components. I declined but the offer was greatly appreciated. This isn't a big issue and I am still super impressed and happy by the service and would 100% use again and recommend. This PC is a huge upgrade for me!!! Thank you very much :)”

“From initially browsing specs on the website, through placing the order to the earlier than expected delivery, every step of the process met or exceeded my expectations. Installation was totally uneventful, apart from my not realising that VGA was no longer in use. Fortunately I had a brand new DVI cable in my box of bits. In addition, I encountered a few issues when updating my previous (six-year old) PC Specialist machine to use as a a backup, and the support for that was just as impressive as you'd expect for a new machine.”

“I've bought a few laptops / desktops from PCS over the years, and when the time comes I'll buy from them again. Great communication / tracking where you can keep up to date with the build / testing stages of your purchase. As always you get the spec what you ask for. The only gripe I have is with the delivery firm (and not PCS) of my last purchase. It should have arrived within 24 working hours, the delivery company (PDP) was late, when finally out for delivery they said they could not make the delivery and would try again the following day. Their parcel tracking service showed a photo of a different address they said they had tried to deliver it to(this photo they subsequently deleted). We contacted PCS customer support immediately and explained the situation. PCS customer support were brilliant and contacted the delivery firm, hey presto within 30 minutes our laptop arrived!”

“The last time I bought a computer from PCS was in 2012. It still works great and outlasted the 2 laptops I bought from HP since then. For my next laptop, I decided to try out a PCS high end custom laptop and after 3 months of use I can say it has been great so far. I like the fact they have a very informative laptop/computer configuring page and I can pick and choose the configuration I want without ending up with a bad configuration - which usually is the risk of customization. I haven't needed to use their warranty or support so far, but I hope it is as good as their products.”

“2nd possibly 3rd computer? from PCS. Last laptop worked flawlessly for 7 years. It doesn't accept a W11 update unfortunately so I took this as a sign that I needed (wanted) a bit of an upgrade. More than Happy to trust PCS again. New machine, new innards all as requested, built in good time and securely delivered. I searched the internet... really searched, and I couldn't match the spec for the price, some seemed to come close but the other one would be an earlier gen CPU or a slower SSD or smaller RAM or lower res screen or.... you get the idea. I've ticked 7 days for delivery below, but I'm not certain of that, there or there about.”

“This is my second PC from PC Specialist, and like the first, excellent service from the word go. Easy to order through a well organised website, good communication regarding build and delivery, and delivered well within the timescale stated. Minor issue with an App was resolved quickly and efficiently though the Tech department. I would recommend this company to anyone”

“Outstanding customer service and an excellent product. I have never configured a custom PC before and the website was very helpful and user friendly, so the configurator being able to tell me what would and wouldn't work was super helpful. In addition the constant updates about the progress of my build and information about installation of my PC made it feel special. Almost as if I was buying a brand new car! Keep up the good work! Excellent value for money.”

“Ordered a new laptop on finance with them. Reasonable price overall and monthly payments especially as the laptop will do and play anything I want which is brilliant. Baldurs gate 3 runs so we'll on it. I got the laptop within days of ordering it coming just in time for the weekend of the week I ordered it. Amazing.”
