“First of all I am happy with the build. PC Specialist supplied all of the components that I selected and did a very good job of layout and cabling. However, my experience with PC Specialist was spoiled by several 'bad' experiences (graphics card, courier and pump): * The graphics card developed a fault after owning the PC for 51 days. * I requested the item to be returned and repaired (for free) and a courier collection was organised. On the scheduled day of collection, the courier (Palletways) did not collect. * I contacted PC Specialist and a new collection day was organised. * When the courier did arrive, he asked ME to put my PC in the back of HIS lorry: he did not secure the PC (though it was in its box) and just left it loose in the back of his lorry (I reported this to PC Specialist and they said it was normal and that items are only palleted when they reach the Palletways depot). * The PC was fixed by PC Specialist and returned (new graphics card). It took about two weeks. * When I turned on the 'fixed' PC, the pump emitted a very high-pitched noise (even on the 'silent' setting) that it did not make before it was 'fixed'. This noise continued for almost 1 week. I called PC Specialist several times throughout and everyone I spoke with was well-mannered, friendly, and helpful. Now that the high-pitched noise from the pump has stopped, I'm happy with my new PC.”

“I selected what I wanted from a laptop and paid for that and only that. Brilliant because I want a larger ssd in my machine but don't need an expensive gpu which I'd usually have to pay for if I bought a pre built. I really can't complain. I've also sent the 1 of the laptops i bought back for repairs a couple times that went smoothly and cheply as the machine was still under warenty”

“I required a PC that was powerful enough to run all the aspects of my business after my previous one failed prior to launch. I had used PC Specialist to look up specs before but this was the first time purchasing for myself. The company kept me informed every step of the way from recieving the order right down to the day of delivery. The PC is well buillt according to my own needs and specifications and runs like a dream. Any future hardware I will be coming back to PC Specialist.”

“From the assistance and advice given during my first phone call to switching my new machine on at home PC Specialists really are special. Communication during the build was superb, I particularly enjoyed the 360 deg. view which just raised the excitement levels. My machine works perfectly, and well built. Technical support after sales is also excellent... I've had a few sound issues with windows 11 but that's windows 11.”

“My laptop came missing some of the software I had ordered. It took a few attempts but got it sorted in the end. My laptop is fast and quiet it's great. The technical staff were very attentive not often you test the after sale crew. They did a great job well done.”

“PC Specialist kept me up to date the whole way through building the PC to delivery, including showing me a 360 photo of the unit once it was built. The PC came with the OS I mentioned to ensure it was tested correctly, so it was easy as going on the internet and activating my Windows key I already had. The unit is incredibly quiet and amazing in general. So far so great!”

“My PC was sorted out very quickly, ahead of schedule, and performs phenomenally. I was skeptical about getting a PC as it is an expensive purchase, but as I was due for an upgrade I took the leap. I can say I couldn’t be happier with what I got!”

“The order process is good, there is plenty of choice when getting a custom built computer. The time from order to completion was one week and you can follow the progress on the PC Specialist web-page. A nice touch was a 360 image of the completed build. After build and testing, the computer was dispatched on a next day delivery. The PC itself was well built with excellent cable management. You are sent a box containing the manuals for all components used. Would I recommend PC Specialist : YES! Would I buy from them again : I ALREADY HAVE! (This is the third PC Specialist computer that the family have bought and none of them have disappointed us.)”

“Overall the process was great. There are so many selections in which you can choose from. Once ordered though, it would be nice to get for feedback on the order on what testing has been done, and the status of builds. At the mo, it just says completed, without saying any sort of details. But very close to being 5 stars!!!”
