“Since I have bought several units from PC Specialist, I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed, good delivery time, arrived when promised and worked out the box. I had some issues that were dealt with by Customer Services speedily and thoroughly with two of the team going above and beyond expectations.”

“This was my third PC purchase with PC Specialist since 2009. They have always been an excellent company. With this latest purchase I was impressed by their different build option: Based on games you like, based a short series of questions or lastly the deep dive to those who truly know their stuff. Access to the forums has also been helpful. Gaining advice from other like minded people does help you purchase with confidence and to not worry that your dropping your money into a dodgy rig.”

“I bought my dream PC from PC Specialist, with some of my inheritance left for me by my late dad. I was really nervous about shelling out so much money in one go, especially considering how i came about receiving the money, it had been a very sad time for me losing my dad but i was determined to spend the money on something that i knew he would have approved of. PC Specialist were awesome from the start, they sent me regular emails showcasing the progress of my build, with a very neat 3d, interactive diagram of the build to look at closely, and asking me if I were happy with how it was shaping up, and if I wanted to change anything. The PC arrived bang on time and honestly, it was one of the happiest days I'd had in a long time when I unboxed it, and booted it up. The PC has been built flawlessly, the cable management so tidy and set up perfectly. It really has been a pleasure dealing with PC Specialist, no faf just great service, from great people. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that's looking for a cutom built PC.”

“Not only very fast service but they update you periodically with each stage of the PC being built. I have never come across a PC service that has such attention to detail and constantly communicates with their customers as to the progress of their PC. I will order again with this company if ever I need another PC built asap. No complaints from me!”

“Overall very positive. Build was quick and my PC arrived in just over a week after ordering. Unfortunately the GPU was damaged on arrival however the support team was excellent and once it became apparent that a replacement was required it was sent out straight away with no fuss.”

“I purchased my first PC Specialist gaming laptop 12 years ago, followed by my second in 2017, and my third one in March 2024. The 12-year-old laptop is still operational and is used by the kids for playing Fortnite. The second laptop is experiencing some issues with the graphics card, but it can still function using integrated graphics for office tasks. I’m hopeful that the new laptop will last as well as the previous ones. To mitigate thermal stress, I invested in a water cooler. So far, it has performed admirably—running silently in office mode and handling games much better than my old P775DM3-G with the Nvidia 1080, which sounded like a jet taking off. The power supply is now about half the size and weight, though it still attracts attention and criticism from Apple fans. Additionally, the new laptop is significantly lighter, eliminating the need to sweat over an 11kg laptop bag at airports or worry about extra charges. When placing orders, I’ve consistently appreciated the service, especially the updates on the build and delivery process. The price has always been competitive and the build quality perfect.”

“My PC Specialist custom-build desktop had served me faultlessly for nearly 10 years and is still in good working order but beginning to struggle with the processing demands of photographic post-processing software. So back to PC Specialist for advice on a new high spec system. As usual, excellent advice on configuration, quality materials and build and efficient delivery. After sales support was excellent and I am delighted with the performance.”

“The PC was packed well and arrived far sooner that I had anticipated. I am very happy with the system and its a quality build. The orders page kept me up to date with each stage of production and testing which was very helpful. I have purchased a laptop from PC Specialist in the past and was very happy with that item. I am even happier with my desktop PC. Great work guys.”
