“Was recommended to PC specialists and not disappointed. Ordering was a bit overwhelming for a non-techy, get some help on this part if you are. Once ordered I was kept updated on what I though was a rather long lead time for delivery, when I told the team my old kit knackered, they brough the delivery date forward by a few days. Arrived on time well packaged, simple start up and off I went. Delighted with the product, would highly recommend.”

“Build time slightly longer than anticipated but worth the wait. Arrived at offshore location well packed and intact with clear directions for unpacking and set up. Advisory emails on connections also useful. Many thanks.”

“A little OTT with status updates at the start and a little short of updates just before delivery. The time to build was a bit long. If you need more staff get them. A few instructions on getting this set up would not go amiss.”

“Ordered a high-end gaming laptop build from them, there was an issue during the build process and it got a little delayed, after a quick call through things got back on track and within 4 days of that call I had the new laptop in hand. Will be buying from them again a few years down the line (Might be going for a tower PC next)”

“PC Specialists have a very easy to use website, offering pre-built (but where's the fun in that?) or design your own spec PC. The list of options are huge and once you are through this stage, you are guided to payment and given an estimate of build time and delivery. Communications from PC Specialists is excellent and will give you updates on the progress. Delivery once built is prompt and really well packaged - keep the box as you'll need this should you ever need to send back for repairs. Once out of the box, plugged in to screens etc it was quite quick to setup and get running. This is the second PC we've ordered from PC Specialists and both are in excellent working order and look really good to boot!”

“The guys at pc specialist we’re very knowledgeable, helped us to build a top pc my son has not stopped using it, When I called the pc team to go through my order they noticed one ore two things that I had missed, when they explained what they were & how they change the performance you could tell they we’re very experienced. Great service 3/4 weeks it arrived very happy with there service. Would use again when ready to upgrade.”

“NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECTED!! Firstly, on unpacking the machine, my engineer discovered that it would not start up because the graphics was not properly seated - screws loose and a slight twist to the frame. Luckily he managed to resolve the issue but this took time. SO MUCH FOR PRE-DELIVERY TESTING!!!! Secondly, the Home/Student package which was ordered was not included. This involved phone calls and about 25 minutes of download time (my internet speed is only 20megs) and again extra cost was involved for engineer time.”
