“Received my new gear as promised, good price for the spec I wanted. The guys kept me up to date with progress, delivery on time. Well packaged, pretty much worked straight out of the box. You need some understanding of how these desktop systems work, but I think that’s safe to assume if you are ordering your own spec; I did have helpful advice that saved me a few quid on compatibility of components. Very impressed.”

“I've used PC Specialist multiple times and never had any issues. Very polite and respectful customer service, straight to the point, friendly and get the job done. Everything I've purchased from them has been made to my specifications and I'm very happy to keep using them. I'd also point out that even when I've had inconvenient requests they've been willing to go the extra mile. Great company and quality.”

“Originally, I was sceptical about ordering from PCSPECIALIST, however after my experience when using the company to design and build my dream PC - that is no longer the case. Everything is to my standard, the PC is built immaculately with brilliant inner cable management and runs very smoothly. Very quick installation time, making it easy to set up.”

“This is my third purchase from PCS in over about 15 years, which shows I trust them to give me what I need. I simply outgrew my earlier models' memories, etc., but they were still working fine when I upgraded. All purchasing decisions were made online, without any salesman involved. I was able to choose the components needed for my purposes and not any fluffy extras beyond that. I was kept up-to-date with building process regularly, and my new notebook PC was delivered safely and on time. It's currently running beautifully.”
