“I used the self builder facility to construct my PC, and it was a pleasure to use. Being no expert, I had a few queries that were answered promptly, and was offered suggestive advice also. I am very happy with my product, and will definitely use Pc Specialist again for any future purchases. All in all, a great experience, highly recommend!”

“Overall happy but they did install the OS on the wrong drive (I'm pretty sure I asked for it to be on the NVME M2 drive as recommended) so I had to rebuild reconfigure the bios and rebuild it when it arrived”

“The website is very detailed and user friendly. I was impressed how well it showed order tracking and the notifications at stage. Great to navigate and well designed. Overall the cost of the unit was great value and I couldn’t be happier with the final product I received.”

“Great process from start to finish. Great pc builder on the website which helps to check for compatibly which for someone like me is very helpful! Was kept up to date on order process throughout the different stages. Pc arrived well packaged and protected. Did have an issue with no display output when first booting however this was down to a stick of ram coming loose of its slot, once back in all working as expected. Phone support were fantastic when ringing up for help when trying to find out what the issue was which we eventually found :)”

“I contacted PC specialist sales team for some help with my custom build and they were amazing! super fast response, and very helpful with my questions. when the motherboard went out of stock, they created an entire new quote for me within minutes! special thank you to Rhys Tracey in the PC Support Team for their help :). The build was done before the estimated time and I was kept well informed the entire way, i’m so happy with my build and know that I can contact them if anything goes wrong!”

“PC Specialist is the best company for PC’s. The delivery was great, they kept on notifying me about my PC build. I also changed two of my components after I ordered the PC, but you have to do it before they start the build, because I am not sure if they will change the components after they have started the build. PC Specialist’s service is just what you need. They have helped me with everything that has went wrong with my PC. I bought a GPU from Amazon and it didn’t work, so I called PC Specialist and ordered a GPU and it was as easy as that, the GPU came next from DPD. The PC build was top tier, the whole build was so clean and everything is new as I got a customised PC. The cable management was way better than I imagined, it was literally perfect. The price is really good and not overpriced at all. The site to custom build is so easy to use and understand. Also to find a pre built it is as easy as customising the PC. I would definitely buy again if I was to buy a whole new PC. 5 stars for the customer service”

“Kept me up to date on my machines progress and it arrived next morning after shipping. This is my third machine from PC specialist (2 laptops and now a full desktop) and all have worked exceedingly well so far. (My old laptops are still being used by Family.)”

“I came to the conclusion that I was very much a software person, so having the hardware professionals put together my custom order is really the approach I wanted for my next primary system. As it was a custom build, there was time to wait for it actually to enter production, although their estimates of how long it would take were about right. Once shipped, it arrived the next day, packaged well and all working beautifully.”

“Very happy with my brand new all in one system. Love the big monitor. It took me a little while to get my head around it (I have always just had the traditional monitor plus tower) but I must say I am really impressed with it. It takes up a lot less space and the speed is amazing (with my old PC I had to turn it on and then go downstairs to make myself a cup of tea while waiting for it to load up everything)! The only issue was that I had to wait more than two months since I put in my order as one of the parts was not available. In the end I had to order a new system which didn't requite that specific component. The customer service from PC Specialist is second to none. They always answer your mails promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.”

“Found the Company’s Designing, and ordering, of my new build PC, easy, made simply to understand, and the product, I ended up with is first class. I had occasion to ring and speak to the Staff who were very helpful. So a First Class Company for Product and Service.”
