“I'm really happy with my pc, it took about 2 weeks for them to start on it however once they did it was finished and sent out very quickly. I ended up getting it exactly a month after I had ordered it. The price is good for what you get, it was the cheapest I could find that was still good quality.”

“Easy to use website to design my own build, excellent communication about progress (or lack thereof) of said build. Once they started making it was done and tested in a matter of days. Excellent packing, excellent courier, loving my new pc :)”

“having previously relied on "PC World" or local traders for satisfaction in the Pc world, it was a bit of a leap in faith to order a Pc from you. It was my nephew who actually advised me in this as his Pc is one he obtained from you previously. I am slowly realising that the Pc I ordered does not pamper me with advice and help but must (is?) much more useful (is that the word?) than a store bought one. Compared to the one I have recently taken off line it is much quicker in starting, the files I use are much more accessible and the games (the real interest) - although now I wish I had adapted a dedicated graphics card) much fuller than previously. All in all, its a whiz. Can't comment on the build as I am not qualified but the setup actually happened in the timetable forecasted and delivery was prompt. Being from "Gods County" I do not chuck around accolades but the 5* are well worth it.”

“I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs, but as my 13 year old son wanted one for Christmas l decided to order one for him. There are many companies I could have ordered from but chose PC specialist based on their reviews and based on an online chat I had with one of their advisors, Rob. I explaining what my son was after, and Rob put together a custom PC for me. He asked all the relevant questions to make sure the PC would be tailored to my son’s needs. The process from beginning to end was very easy. Rob saved this in my quotes, which I easily retrieved and ordered. I was kept informed of production status every 5 days and received the PC and monitor around 3 weeks after the order was placed. As this is for Christmas we haven’t put the PC together yet.”

“Took a while to be shipped, but that was expected. It was packaged well and wasn’t damaged during transit. It was incredibly easy to set up and didn’t take long at all. Overall the service experience was great: - The website will tell you if certain components aren’t compatible/undeed. - It’s easy to access previous quotes. - Everything is just very clear and easy to use on the website. - Though shipping takes a while, it will update the status of your PC online. - Once shipped, it arrives very quickly. The PC itself is carefully put together and very neat. It works like a dream, and I haven’t encountered a single issue so far. I would highly recommend.”

“Amazing customer service. Waited a little longer than I'd hoped for the PC to be built, but with shortages of parts it's more impatience on my part than shortcomings on theirs. They were very patient when I rang up to ask what delivery option would get it to me fastest. One of their technical support guys (Dana his name was if the company sees this) was incredibly helpful fixing a mistake I'd made installing a new part too, remote controlled my PC to fix it, and fixed a few other problems I didn't even know I'd caused while there!”

“Stunning customised desktop, looks and runs amazing and the cable management is great. Excellent communication throughout ( I changed alot after my initial order too) After I placed the order I was optimistic on if it would arrive before a month because my gpu went to preorder but I went into building day 14 and had it working day 15.”

“This is my first custom build. Friends told me to build it myself but I felt better having experts do it for more peace of mind. It runs flawlessly and the whole process of picking parts was so fun. The order didn't take as long as I expected either, longest part was pre-production but after that I basically blinked and it was delivered. Thank you pc specialist!”

“Read all the good reviews and about how satisfied most people are with your customer service but unfortunately, I cannot agree at all. Ordered my gaming computer without any problems (easy to do), paid for it without problems, and was very happy with the person from the Swedish customer service. The problem is that the computer is still not built after a month even though all parts were in stock without them being able to update me when it could be assembled, the changed the dates all the time. I still can receive a date when my PC could be built. Now I have lost a month on this and will need to place a new order. Am so disappointed.”
