“I ordered a laptop which is my second from pc specialists, found the website easy to use and easy to configure my laptop into the specification I wanted I needed some advice so spoke to technical and my questions where all answered and there was no rush and information given was clear and fully explained Delivery was exceptional built and dispatched in one day I did pay extra for the rapid service but still quicker than the times I was quoted”

“Hits all the markers that i was looking for in a rig. There is not much more to say other than, if you are loking for a great pc for what ever reason then go here! Cost and build compare to none other on the market. If i needed another pc for any reason i would go here again! Nuff said. Row.”

“recently order 6 PC's from PC specialist for our software developers. the pricing was competitive, we received a discount on each PC for ordering multiple machines. communication was good about each stage of the order and they arrived on time. we have ordered PC's from PC specialist over the last few years for our R&D departments and have always been happy with quality of the products ans service”

“This is at least the fourth desktop PC I have ordered from PC Specialist. As you might guess the reason I keep going back is because of the great service they provide, The website is very clear and easy to use and this makes the process of receiving quotes and ordering very easy and straightforward. There is always a professional and prompt help service to advise on specific requirements. The quality of the product is excellent and it is thoroughly tested before dispatch which is very efficient. If you need a PC to be built you need look no further than PC Specialist.”

“Like every teenager it seems my son was desperate for a gaming computer! After doing the usual visits to a well known computer/whitegoods retailer we came across PC Specialist on the Internet. The web page was easy to navigate and straight forward enough for my son to put together his "dream" pc, after getting our choice signed off by our techy friend i place my order. We were notified before ordering that a main part was awaiting stock and after placing the order we were updated every 5 days on order progress. We received the pc well packaged and although its unopened ready for Christmas we look forward to setting it up.”

“Excellent ordering process with extensive choice of components. Advice given where incompatibilities were ordered, very useful. Communication during ordering and building procedure were first class. Delivery earlier than scheduled by DPD, best courier service by far. PC is a Christmas present so, as yet, not used but expected to be faultless.”

“Bought for my son as an early Xmas gift, the site was helpful in advising what was compatible and cannot be faulted. The PC was delivered on time and given to my son who wasn't expecting such a fast gaming PC... he was well impressed and obviously had to get it going. Feed back from him is that he is amazed by the system. I am so pleased and contemplating getting another.”

“Very good Price and Pc looks really cool in the case. The default fan LEDs are a very nice touch and easy to control. Delivery took a long time but i knew about this before i purchased the Pc. Team was very fast to respond on livechat to give information before purchase, however I have had some issues that the customer service team has been very slow to respond to.”

“Well I haven't opened the box yet and won't do for another couple of weeks but I trust what I've ordered works as it should do and I have every faith that it will. The initial email interaction with P C Specialist was fast and honest considering that I was going to spend a fair bit more on a 3090 GPU when it wasn't necessary for my flight simulator PC setup.”

“It was easy to chose my components where deciding what I wanted. Once I picked everything it was easy to get an opinion by posting it on the forums and making sure I make the right choices. The payment system was easy and simple, I was updated regularly. The only delay was waiting for my GPU but once it was received it took about 2 days for it to be delivered. I am supper happy with this pc and what made it better was not needing to build it myself, that took the responsibility off of me and I appreciated that.”

“Over the moon with the purchase, been wanting to upgrade for years but always ended up putting it off, I got recommended pc specialist by a work colleague and it has made the decision so easy, the website is easy to use with helpful advise like if you have picked a part that is incompatible with another. Consistent updates throughout and really good packaging to keep the pc safe during transport. 5/5, 10/10, definitely going to use again if I decide on doing another complete upgrade.”
