“I couldn't have asked more. PC Specialist kept in touch constantly after I ordered, they delivered when they told me they would and I called support once whilst setting up my PC and they were very helpful and efficient.”

“I ordered a custom gaming PC, competitively priced and delivered in the expected timeframe, communication was excellent throughout. DPD had damaged the box on delivery, but PC was OK inside. Would definitely recommend PC Specialist.”

“We ordered a custom gaming PC, competitively priced and delivered in the expected timeframe, communication was excellent throughout. DPD had damaged the box on delivery, but PC was OK inside. The Build quality is excellent. The only problem we had was with the iCue software pre-installed, it crashed the PC within a few hours and would not work after reboot and did not allow reinstall of the software either, so a restored the PC. The same thing happened again, so I did a clean install of Windows 11 and downloaded the software from CORSAIR (albeit an older version) PC has now worked for a week with no issues and great performance. Would definitely recommend PC Specialist.”

“My third pc bought from them and as always great at keeping you updated on progress etc. One minor flaw though - it came with a very small software issue that really should have been picked up at QA - easily fixed by myself though”

“Ordering was simple with a huge number of choices for configuration. Build took longer than expected but this was almost certainly down to a shortage of GPUs and outwith PC Specialist's control. I received regular updates about the build and revised delivery estimates. Build quality was excellent with much neater wiring than I would have the patience for. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.”

“Brilliant service from PC Specialist, I was recommended them and they did not disappoint. From the very beginning they were polite, considerate and patient (especially when I kept changing my mind on elements). Built to a high standard and working flawlessly. It's a shame your couriers do not have the same respect and pride in their work who delivered box damaged and clearly dropped, fortunately it all still worked (but this shouldn't reflect on PC Specialists review)”

“Great flexibility over the spec, keep you up to date on build process and suggest solutions if there are any incompatabilities or compnenty switches to be made. Also local company and green credentials - whats not to like!”

“My new laptop is just fantastic for editing my photos. I would regard myself as a power user and this laptop hasn't let me down. I paid the extra for the fast delivery and don't regret that for an instant. Thanks PC Specialist!”

“Really happy with the service, build quality and delivery from PC Specialist. Was nearly buying a Laptop for my home office however, for the same money I got to spec a far superior machine. I've had a few PCs delivered over the years and can say the packaging on this one was a country mile better than others. Would highly recommend this option to others.”

“I received my PC over a week ago now and i am IN LOVE with it. There were a few complications with what was delivered (some things missing/ unclear) but the team were available and great in helping to resolve and provide a solution immediately- would definitely purchase from PC Specialist again - gaming has taken a new turn for me now :D”
