“First of all, the reviews were absolutely true its because of the reviews I bought a PC from them and I'm not just done yet. I bought a powerful gaming PC from them and I swear to God! It runs all my games in Ultra high settings and the build is just jam-packed powerful. Not even once my PC froze and not only that but PC specialists provide best component for PC such as RTX graphic card, DDR5 etc with a fair price and much cheaper compared to other websites that build for you. GUYS we have to let this business strive and not let it get bankrupt. These guys are the best, they should be well known to everyone. Whenever I have need for a computer part I'm going to but it off them”

“I decided to build a new gaming pc and PC Specialist was always going to be my go to for the build The fact that you have a simple and straight forward pc builder programme so that you can build your own from scratch or start with a pre built pc and mod it to how you want is amazing. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I must also give a shout out to the forum as well as the people there are willing to help and very polite. I say PC Specialist or nothing. They are your choices.”

“Super informative regarding build progress, easy to speak to and they were considerate enough to ship my Christmas gift in a plan package as to not disclose whats inside. Only negative I have is there is no handle with care on the box. Fortunately the DPD guy dropping my package from knee height did not cause any structural damage.”

“Customer service are very quick to respond. Choosing parts was easy, only thing I'd like to see improved would be prices next to each choice. Saying that I understand why they don't. Delivery with DPD was great, returned as I couldn't make first visit.”

“From the point of ordering to delivery of my laptop, the service has been fantastic; including support services, when I had a little issue with Windows. The product itself I am extremely happy with, I feel I got good value for money, given the high spec I went for. The laptop arrived in good condition and what I consider the right amount of packaging. Recommended to anyone looking to buy a new laptop or PC.”

“my new computer is well constructed and was delivered within the time stated. It was very well packaged for transport and straight out of the box it has performed brilliantly. When ordering I had some questions and talking to the sales team was great, they helped sort all my questions and guided me through the process. As the build is bespoke the specification is what ever you want or can afford, but looking at similar off the shelf PC's the specification/cost is fantastic.”
