“Processing time was long. The PCSpecialist brand case is quite loud so don't go for that case. Packaged well.”

“Bought a pc for my son and I got guidance through the best specs for my budget and advice as to what components actually do. My son is over the moon with the PC and seems to run exceptionally quick on all the games he has played so far.”

“A month from order to delivery with no items out of stock and very poor communication of this delay was frustrating. They add their logo to the case, fans and AIO block without having pictures of this or writing it anywhere to warn you. In the case of the AIO they don't supply the branded cover they got remove tomcat their own on. Customer service team aren't interested in trying to help when I contacted about either of these issues.”

“Excellent communication during order process. As well as PC, I wanted to order a mouse and keyboard combo which was out of stock at the time. Good communications and was added as a sub-order when it came into stock. Kept informed of PC build and arrived well packaged. Set up straight-forward and up and running with a smooth running PC.”
