“This is my first foray into custom pc building - and it's been a pain-free experience. The website is easy to use to select the various elements of your pc. Once completed the ordering was simple, even when I changed one component after ordering. The lead-time was a little long, but well worth the wait. PC was built and set up wonderfully. Even the RAM was OC'd to the stated speed. The only trouble is - now my son wants one! So I'll be ordering another shortly no doubt!!”

“Bought a laptop from PC Specialist back in 2015, and it's still going strong. When I was in the market for a desktop refresh, I made sure to get quotes from a number of reputable vendors. PC Specialist offered a very competitive price, with more options and build flexibility. That, combined with my previous positive experience, led me to select them for my refresh. The build took 18 working days, which I believe to be excellent given the time of year and global shortage of components, not to mention the challenges of the pandemic. The box was delivered on time, the build quality is top notch and everything is working peachy so far. Very pleased with the end result.”

“I have had a PC Specialist desktop since Mar 2019, and been very happy with it. So when it came to buying one for my son I decided to go with them again. I started with one of the recommended spec gaming PCS that was roughly what I wanted, and then tweaked the spec to my requirements. The check process at the end is great as it told me I had over-specced the cooling for the components I had chosen - saving me £60! When the PC arrived the set up instructions were clear, and I got it up and running with no problems. My son is very pleased with it and has had no problems to date. One slight issue was that delivery took over a week longer than predicted at the time of order. It wasn't a big problem for me, but could be for others. I should also say that the options they offer for extras like monitors aren't always the best. So my advice to just order the PC from them and then get the extras elsewhere.”

“Although it could have been a little daunting having only ever bought a pre-built PC "off the shelf" before, the whole process with PC Specialist was like a walk in the park! The website clearly advised me when I was making a balls up when specifying parts that would not work together, which was really comforting. The communication throughout the ordering and build process was first rate and the delivery guy turned up when he said he would. Would I use PCS again? Definitely!”

“Pc specialist are great. This is my second pc from then in 7 years (1st one is still going strong) and would highly recommend them to anyone. The only slight was that in this instance the case I ordered was out of stock and if I hadn't called to find out and changed it my order would have been delayed. With that being said they are still amazing, everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and my custom pc arrived within 14 days.”

“Customer service was fairly limited when contacting about build times and could only provide information that was provided the system. When requesting information about ETAs they were unable to give me any specific information. The pricing was good. The Build quality was fantastic. PC was constructed well and all cable management was tidy and out of site. The only issue was the delivery company failed to deliver to the correct address and it required me to go hunting for the box as it was delivered to a neighbor even though I was waiting at home.”

“Whilst looking for a custom gaming pc builder for a 2021 xmas gift for my son I reviewed just about every company I could find online & finally decided on PC Specialist. Personally, I found they gave me the widest choice via their easy to understand component menu which is checked for compatibility. This helped me manage my budget knowing that a modern gaming pc is an ongoing project (upgrading hardware/software etc part of the fun & the learning experience) & let me focus on the bits you don't want to scrimp on but feel safe that everything is compatible & going to work (& so far I'm pleased to say no issues) I started on the website with the build & quote but feeling that given I was about to spend a significant amount of money I decided to rang the contact number to speak to a human being & given it was the lead up to xmas got through fairly quickly & spoke with a guy called Sam Davenport very helpful walked me through my quote, the current issues in graphic card shortages/xmas demand etc, he went the extra mile for me & off the back of that I went ahead with the purchase. After that I had regular email updates at each stage from purchase to delivery. I also used the live chat as I was a little nervous about pre xmas delivery but I was given a more precise update which turned out to be spot on. delivery came on time & setup was just sign in to preloaded MS windows 11 & we were up & running. PC came with a decent amount free trail anti virus (90 days with gamer mode) GPU dash board & RGB app already loaded. So in all, my experience has been excellent so I will be most likely using PC specialist as my first port of call for upgrade components.”

“Just updated a 9 year old PC Specialist PC with a new machine. Website is very helpful giving good information about every component choice. Spec checker at the end of the process is good at flagging unnecessary or contradictory selections. Good communication during the build process (including change in cooling due to unavailability of the original part I specified). New machine came well packed and with a full set of instructions, cables tiewraps etc. Performance is stunning and I couldn't be happier with the service.”

“There was nothing wrong with ordering from the web site. The supply of information while building was good. The problem was that the PC would not boot up correctly. The PC would boot but it needed two goes. When I open the lid and with a Gigabyte manual I found no battery on the motherboard. I bought a battery from Amazon and the problem disappeared. PC now works as expected it would. Something missing in the predelivery checking.”

“I decided to go with PC Specialist after a recommendation from a friend and I have not been disappointed at all. The whole process was excellent. From the start choosing each part on the builder was very intuitive and informative from a first time buyers perspective. I ordered at the end of nov and received my build almost exactly a month later, with the run up to Christmas I bet this is actually an excellent turnaround. Although for me and my excitement it felt much longer and even though the online account section was very informative and explained each part of the process whist it was happening, I couldn’t help but jump on the chat. Whist on the chat the staff were very attentive and must have thought, here he is again. But what can I say, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Shipping was through DPD, as always next day & excellent. The packaging was also excellent, and received perfectly. Set up was very easy as almost everything was done by PC Specialist. All I had to do was set up the RGB to my liking and tweak the graphics card settings for my screen. Overall excellent and no doubt I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!”
