“My 16 year old Autistic son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas, so I went looking for one with the specs he gave me. I found that this site was the best for letting me know that i hadnt quite picked the right component etc and it was competitive on price. My son is happy with it so far.”

“Easy to use website, regular progress updates during the build and delivered before estimated date. Well packaged for delivery to ensure safe transit. Has functioned brilliantly straight out of the box. If I had to search for a negative, I'm used to the 0 key on the numpad being double sized so the normal size 0 is taking some getting used to.”

“I was ordering a replacement laptop for my sister, who had a PC specialist one before and wanted ideally the exact same. The website is really easy to use and information is transparent, which makes ordering stress free for an anxious person like me. Despite ordering just before Christmas the laptop was ready well before expected. I got clear emails for every step of the way so I knew where it was at. I think this is really important when there is a wait for an expensive purchase. The laptop seems fine for the price and clearly my sister liked it last time!”

“Positives: So far, the laptop is great. Best laptop I have ever had. Being able to choose all the parts made my laptop shopping a lot easier than trying to find everything you want in a prebuilt one. I can finally play games with my friends and use all the software I want. Negatives: There was a lot of stress getting the laptop. The day it should have came I got told that it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. So I was recommended a more expensive laptop. I asked questions but it took a week of emailing to get all my answers. I decided to spend a day to think about it, when suddenly a got an email saying they were prepapring to build the laptop I originally ordered. A day later I got a phone call that the laptop was still out of stock so I need to choose another one. Another day later I got another email saying they were building it. Basically even though I got it, it did cause me a lot of stress before it got here. I had to download a control panel for the graphic card. I think the jack is 3.5 but all my 3.5 headphones all feel too big and don't fit well if at all. I can't find where it says the size of the audio jack but I'm buying a 2.5-3.5 jack adaptor to see if that helps.”

“Called up to discuss custom build for a gaming PC as I know roughly what I wanted but not the tech side of it. Service staff was fantastic, sat patiently with me and talked me through it all, was honest and even admitted when I didn't need something so the focus was on what I needed and not what they could sell for the highest price which was fantastic. PC built, working and got emails keeping me up to date with the process. Would definitely come back here for my next PC.”

“It took a while to be completed but considering how long I'm gonna have this pc for, that doesn't matter in the grander scheme of things. When the delivery was scheduled it certainly came within the short time it said it would. Haven't had the pc long enough for any issu to occur but for now all seems grand.”

“I am SO pleased with the custom PC I ordered and would recommend this company to everyone. The PC has exceeded all my gaming expectations (even old geezers like me enjoy gaming!), it ran flawlessly right out of the box and plays the latest games I own (New World, Cyberpunk 2077 and a few more) effortlessly. It's so quiet all I can hear is the faintest of sounds as the hard drives are working. My family and friends are very envious!”

“Not only did PC Specialist's custom build PC provide value-for-money for a top-spec solid-state office PC built to not need upgrading for 5+ years, I was kept informed at every stage of the process until the on-time delivery. My calculation is that an equivalent machine by a so-called "leading" manufacturer would have cost us twice the amount, but in practice, they would not have provided the option for the selected memory configuration. A previous work horse PC by PC Specialist is now over 8 years old, and is still going strong, now upgraded in RAM and OS, and will continue to be in service for years to come.”

“Ordered a custom pc in November for my daughter's main Christmas gift, with guaranteed Christmas delivery and they didn't disappoint. It arrived on Christmas Eve so I did still fret a bit as it was very last minute but was kept up to date with emails about status. It was well packaged I was quite amazed at how easy it was to set up with my daughter. Daughter delighted with it. It looks the part with the glass case and lights and she loves using it for Blender rendering and animation. So far, so good.”

“Ordered my PC late November and got it on Christmas Eve. No issues with the build and setup - came with sturdy packaging. I am really enjoying the new PC with the RTX 3080 card and quick boot and shut down times. Been using it non stop for gaming and productivity ever since I received it. I also recommend using the PC Specialist forum to ask questions regarding your anticipated build requirements from other more experienced users. Like other comments have mentioned, recommend getting the monitor from elsewhere due to wider choices (and deals) available”

“Ordered pc late november and received week leading to christmas. I must admit i had to keep calling them to get updates and once confirmed as built the delivery was swift. Courier threw the box down at me as it was large and i that made me worried it was damaged but so far its working well for my son. I would suggest more communication from pc specialists as the process time was not updating.”
