“Very helpful, friendly advice when I called to talk through my options. Great machine - I ordered the Initia 17.3 screen with as much power as I could afford. Took two weeks to arrive from order, which was fine by me at a busy time of year. Only gripe is that Windows PIN wouldn't load on Windows 11, so I had to reset the computer which meant I had to download and install all the pre-ordered software and anti-virus. But, PC Specialist helped with that too.”

“I bought two new PC’s, one listed below for gaming and one for work. I am English living in Mallorca, so my initial call was to the Spanish office. Service was fantastic. I explained what I wanted, discussed budget etc and was promptly email quotes. They listened so carefully that I didn’t need to make any adjustments to the spec (listed below) Service is excellent, price is very competitive, website and communication were world class. I really can’t recommend these people highly enough. “I ordered the PC for my sons birthday and was unsure what I was buying, however the online chat tool helped me get the PC i needed. The website quoted the status of my order and when i checked it was in pre-production for 11 working days, however when i contacted PC Specialist the order was despatched two days later. Delivery was very efficient.”

“The ability to configure the lap top was first rate as was the build time and delivery. Unfortunately we hit a problem when trying to set up and my friend who is very IT literate had to spend a substantial number of hours on the phone to your technical staff. The problem related to Windows 11 and it appears that the set up before shipping was incorrect. The result was that the system had to be taken down and Windows 11 re-installed from scratch. The member of the technical staff was very helpful and patient since it did involve a number of hours on the phone. The speed of the system is quite impressive.”

“PC Specialist were incredibly informative and helpful, enabling me to get the exact specification I wanted at my budget! All enquiries were replied to quickly and politely, and there were also helpful and polite after-sales emails too. The only one slip-up (after the tech department honed my exact requirements and I said I'd like to go ahead, the sales department gave me a quote for a very different order) was profusely apologised for, and the correct quote came through within minutes. I like the way I received emails letting me know the exact state of my order, and it arrived well within the 10 days quoted. Thank you PC Specialist, I highly recommend you!”
