“When my mac gave up the ghost, I was in desperate need of a new computer - one that could handle 4k capability as I'm a film editor. My new PC which arrived just after Christmas was a dream! Never thought I'd go back to PC, but I've no issues, it runs faster than my old mac and I'm extremely happy with my new work station. I'd highly recommend coming to PC Specialist for a new computer. Runs like a dream!”

“Quick and clean looking build. The whole process was very simple and even though it can look daunting with many options to choose from, PC Specialist are happy to help. The building process is very user friendly with prompts letting you know what parts will and won't be compatible with each other. They'll even try to save you money by working out the minimum power requirements your chosen build will require and suggesting a power supply to fit your needs. They also keep you updated with every step after your order is placed and where in the process your order currently is. Can't recommend enough.”

“Although my order took a little longer than first estimated, the wait was very worth it. The PC looks great and allows me to play so many more games, completes my set up! I did contact PCSPECIALIST to check on my order status and the person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful 👍 Great company to deal with!”

“Needed a new business laptop relatively fast and PC Specialist were able to turn one around one for me very quickly. Great customer service, fast delivery and as for the laptop - really very nice indeed. Certainly does the job. Very easy to spec on the website too and had a very good range at very good prices. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“My 16 year old Autistic son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas, so I went looking for one with the specs he gave me. I found that this site was the best for letting me know that i hadnt quite picked the right component etc and it was competitive on price. My son is happy with it so far.”

“Easy to use website, regular progress updates during the build and delivered before estimated date. Well packaged for delivery to ensure safe transit. Has functioned brilliantly straight out of the box. If I had to search for a negative, I'm used to the 0 key on the numpad being double sized so the normal size 0 is taking some getting used to.”

“I was ordering a replacement laptop for my sister, who had a PC specialist one before and wanted ideally the exact same. The website is really easy to use and information is transparent, which makes ordering stress free for an anxious person like me. Despite ordering just before Christmas the laptop was ready well before expected. I got clear emails for every step of the way so I knew where it was at. I think this is really important when there is a wait for an expensive purchase. The laptop seems fine for the price and clearly my sister liked it last time!”

“Positives: So far, the laptop is great. Best laptop I have ever had. Being able to choose all the parts made my laptop shopping a lot easier than trying to find everything you want in a prebuilt one. I can finally play games with my friends and use all the software I want. Negatives: There was a lot of stress getting the laptop. The day it should have came I got told that it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. So I was recommended a more expensive laptop. I asked questions but it took a week of emailing to get all my answers. I decided to spend a day to think about it, when suddenly a got an email saying they were prepapring to build the laptop I originally ordered. A day later I got a phone call that the laptop was still out of stock so I need to choose another one. Another day later I got another email saying they were building it. Basically even though I got it, it did cause me a lot of stress before it got here. I had to download a control panel for the graphic card. I think the jack is 3.5 but all my 3.5 headphones all feel too big and don't fit well if at all. I can't find where it says the size of the audio jack but I'm buying a 2.5-3.5 jack adaptor to see if that helps.”
