“Second time using these guys. Another perfect transaction. Sent my own case off, recieved updates at each step from reciving my case to fitting the componenets, testing them and finally delivering my pc. Very happy and I will be using them again for future builds. Many thanks!”

“PC was quoted 12-14 working days to be builand considering I placed my order on the 29th of December, my order came on the 13th of January, so exactly 14 days. I'm extremely happy with the PC, cable management was spot on and the PC arrived safely packaged with not a single mark. Their aftercare support however could be a bit better, as I had an issue with my AIO cooler pump not being picked up by ICUE I called to see if they could fix my issue - I was on the phone for to someone for nearly 2 hours and the majority of the call he said nothing and nothing was done to help fix my issue... Aside from that, all perfect!”

“Ordered a custom build I don't think I've seen my Mrs since it arrived but its worth it, the only "complaint" I have is I ordered a controller kit for the fans but it isn't compatible with my motherboard it would have been nice to know beforehand but honestly doesn't affect how much I enjoy my new rig”

“ordered bespoke build just before xmas and arrived mid January, was kept informed all the way through the process so was very happy to know what was going on. They had an issue getting the power supply I had chosen, the ones that came in were a different colour, they contacted me to ensure I was happy with the change in colour (not spec). After a couple of days running the pc it rebooted a few times unexpectedly, contacted their support and they talked us through the fix, turned out a card had got loose in transit, working fine since then and have no complaints. Would definitely use them again.”

“I ordered my new PC on xmas eve and once the guys were back from holidays the began work in it straight away. The communication was great and they kept me in the loop the entire time either through live chat or via email. The PC was finished quicker than expected for the average at the time and sent to me very well packaged and protected. Booted it up and everything has been fantastic :) Very pleased!”

“Hi I'm delighted with my pc I ordered it on Xmas eve so knew it could take a while, however it was actually very fast, communications were excellent emails at every stage of the process to keep me updated on the progress, it was easy to set up and is perfect, highly recommended brilliant experience A++++++”
