“I had intended to buy a replacement laptop for my work (running sales and marketing for a small UK-based specialist radio hardware manufacturer). The problem was that I needed specific requirements such legacy interface ports that I couldn't get exactly what I needed off-the-shelf. I also realised that I'd be better off with a desktop and PC specialist gave me the chance to define exactly what I needed. The website was great and intuitive to use. The way it presented options & kept track of what was already entered ensured I had growing confidence in the ordering process. The price was fair and competitive and once I'd ordered I was able to relax, knowing it would come. It did take about a week longer than expected (I'd expected 10-12 working days from order to delivery and it ended up being more like 14 but that really is not a big deal) The PC itself came ready to use and absolutely what I wanted.”

“My pc arrived really quickly, it looks less than 3 weeks to get here. Everything was carefully packaged so nothing was damaged when it arrived. You’re updated on every part of the process from processing to building to dispatch. My new pc works like a dream and it was my first time buying one, this company is super reliable and they really take pride in their work.”

“Thank you! I am happy with the quality of my workstation, everything works nice. I made an order on 9 Jan and got it at end of the month. Price is definitely one of the best on the market, without extra pay (I compared with other companies). Delivery was smooth and with appropriate care. PCSpecialist is highly recommended and I plan to do any upgrades with them.”

“I have only had the PC for two weeks now. So far so good, everything works and I have got nothing to report so far... but it's only been two weeks, so I can't quite give it 5* as it would seem premature? Happy to update the review in a year's time, for now though, the service has been good and I would recommend/buy again from Pc Specialist.”

“Great fanless/silent PC (Euler mini PC), which has proved perfectly reliable over the past 2 months since purchase, and totally silent! I have deducted 1 star due to the poor packaging that the PC arrived in. It was in an overly large outer box with hardly any packing material to stop the boxed PC rattling around inside (see pic). I'm glad my order was for a tough mini PC with no moving parts otherwise I would have been even more concerned. Also, delivery date slipped back by 5 days from the estimated 16 - 19 days at time of order.”

“Overall a great experience, the website is laid out clearly and is easy to navigate and the choice of components is more than reasonable. Build quality is great with good cable management and the computer was set up well with even XMP being enabled. Mine took three weeks from order to delivery which for a custom build is good. There is also a forum run by volunteers which is great for getting advice and help both before and after purchase. Delivery was efficient with absolutely no damage to with PC or the packaging. I would highly recommend and would buy from PC Specialist again.”

“Over all the pc is a beast of a machine my only issue is it keeps crashing and I can't seem to get it sorted now I keep thinking no worries it boots straight back up again and its fine but for over £2000 really you should have no issues at all so reason I rate it a 3* if my issue was resolved then for sure it would be a 5* as other than this issue i can't fault it”
