“The whole process of deciding what to order, the automated checks on configuration and then once ordered the comprehensive feedback via email on the order progress were all excellent. The PC is well built and worked from day 1.”

“Was recommended them by a friend, and I’d definitely recommend them myself. PC runs excellently, exactly what I needed Took around 3 weeks to arrive which was around what was estimated.”

“Got my second machine from the guys, and so far, very happy with it. PC is very well put together, I was a bit skeptical about buying a pre-built, considering that quite often they can be put together a bit questionably, but the radiator is placed well, everything put together with care and arrived without any issues.”

“Very helpful pre-order advice. Once ordered it took about 3 weeks as predicted. Once arrived, everything was as it should be and worked like magic. Took weeks to install everything and get them working, but that is my penalty for having a very busy machine!”

“My first purchase from PC Specialist was a desktop pc about 13 years ago. It's still going and I'm just re-commissioning it after transferring everything to a new pc I bought from PC Specialist a month ago. I also bought a custom laptop from the company last year. I have been entirely happy with the service and kit I have received and would recommend them to anyone.. I guess the current staff were probably not around 13 years ago but whatever changes there have been, I am still happy.”

“I ordered and received my custom pc with 14 working days! It looked amazing when I received it! I had an issue when I set it up(which turned out to be a loose wire) and the customer helping was fantastic! If you’re looking to get a custom built pc, look no further!”

“I was impressed with the configuration part of the website and the feedback I got about incompatibilities over my selected build, whether power requirements, socket or dimensions. I was kept up-to-date as the build went through each phase, and when the PC arrived it was safely packaged, tidily-built with few visible cables, and exactly the spec I asked for, other than receiving a Zotac Gaming graphics card when I selected an NVidia, however they appear to be directly comparable, and I am still very impressed with the performance. Overall I am very happy with my order.”

“Purchased a Ryzen RTX 3000 series PC. Happy with the parts that came. The GPU wasn't a nobody card it was a name brand RGB card. Couldn't get fast track service but the wonderful customer service made an exception for me which was great. PC came with a tiny dent in the bottom left from shipping but didn't bother me greatly other than the thumb screws are a bit out of line because of it.”
