“Customer service: A long wait but SO worth it! Was kept well informed with order/build progress throughout the entire process. Price: The individual components I selected were well priced and comparable to that of other vendors, which meant I saved SO much time not needing to shop around and wait on multiple deliveries. Delivery: I was given a delivery window of 1hr and it arrived promptly and VERY securely packaged. Overall a positive experience! I would recommend this service to anyone, especially those looking to save a bit of time. You still have the freedom to tailor the hardware to your requirements, but you can have it arrive in one package and all ready to go!”

“PC builder was easy to use, kept informed of build/delivery status and delivered within the time frame specified. It would be nice if the pc builder lists would of items updated to match previous items selected in the pc builder. i.e. when i selected a motherboard it didn't filter the ram list to only allow you to select items that fit the motherboard. but that is very minor and not worth marking down a star. fantastic pricing as well.”

“This is a tale of two computer companies - PC specialist and CyberPower UK. One of them charges extra for "Professional Wiring" and "Secure Packaging" while the other does this for free. On one company's website, you can end up with different prices for the exact same specification just because you started with different base setups. The other, the price for your setup is the price for your setup. PC Specialist have been fantastic from start to finish. A great price for a top-of-the-range Gaming Rig, secure delivery brilliantly packaged, and everything working and properly installed. We have had the PC now for 2 weeks but only assembled it today (We keep things in quarantine as we are a vulnerable household) but it is just brilliant, thank you PC Specialist!!”

“I received updates to when my pc was going to be delivered, helped me to save money by choosing part that would be more suitable for the pc which were cheaper, very professional and I would choose PC Specialist again without a second thought”

“Great service. My computer was significantly cheaper compared to their competitors. When it came, it came in quality packaging protecting the pc. PcSpecialist kept me informed at all times of the different stages of my pc from it getting built to it going through QA. Delivery was next day which I also loved. Overall great experience with Pc Specialist. Would recommend”

“PC as described, took longer than i expected to get delivered, but when it was delivered all was as the order. 1 small heatsink cover missing over an SSD, which they have promised to send out to me.”

“Website ordering was pretty simple once specification entered and communication via account and email excellent giving progress through build to delivery. Delivery within 24 hours of despatch of equipment which seems to be of a much superior quality to that which it replaces.”
