“Having purchased a laptop previously from PC Specialist and experienced excellent advice and service, I had no hesitation in contacting you again for my latest laptop. Once again the advice pre order to clarify specifications and technical terminology was most helpful and the post receipt advice on set up and the help given installing software was very efficient. Order tracking and delivery was to the usual standard. I always look at the package, not just the product, but the after sales support service, and this is where PC Specialist excel.”

“I really liked my experience with PC Specialist. First the website is easy to navigate and configuring my laptop was super transparent and also easy to do! Ordering a as also no problem at all, as well as the waiting process, as every sort was detailed and updated regularly. Overall I would highly recommend PC Specialist and I will purchase from them again.”

“Price was very reasonable and competitive. The issue came with the customer service and delivery. I selected the 9-11 day turn around (Acceptable time frame), I contacted them after 9 days (Not working days) and asked if I could pay them to get it to me a bit faster as I had a client waiting on me. I was told that it wouldn't be worth it and my system would be with me by working day 11. On working day 11 I got an email to say the system was "Being Built", which was not good, So I contacted them to see if I could get it out for a Weekend Delivery, to which I was told "No". Long story short, lots of emails later. I recieved my system on working day 17. Unacceptable. I lost the client because of it!”

“Outstanding. From viewing the website to using my PC the process was flawless. Excellent custom build options, everything clearly explained, build flowchart, build stage notifications, even names of staff at every stage of the build! 2 calls to sales - we went through every component and changed items that I had selected to the best option - not necessarily more expensive. Really useful. I picked 3 day build, order to dispatch. Not just dispatch - the PC arrived in 3 days! Well packed - the box was heavy and easily big enough to protect the PC. This is an example of how to really run a business well...”

“The pc I Ordered came on time and was pretty much build perfectly i feel my gpu cable could have been routed a bit better but other than that was spot on and get a 5 star in my books”

“Being able to buy a laptop that is configured to your needs (processor, memory, SSD and graphics card) means you get what you need and don't pay for things you don't want - much better than buying a preconfigured laptop from a store. That said you do need to wait for it. The laptop PC Specialist made for me was great - just what I wanted - but it did take 2 weeks to arrive. 5 days were spent in pre production and 4 days waiting for postage - though both of these periods included a weekend. So great a laptop but delivery could have been quicker. The delivery service was great.”

“Second time I've had a PC built by these folks. This time a laptop. It's beautiful with everything as ordered. Must say the packaging to keep it safe during transit was exemplary. Machine was lacking one product when it arrived which was easily sorted by one phone call. Exceptional service and quality all round.”
