“Hi .I have just received my first PC. I spent about £1200 on a Amd cpu Ryzen 5 ,basically PC specialist entry level AMD machine but with added ram, 32 GB, I got it to run Msfs I AM VERY pleased with the computer it runs Microsoft flight sim great and is almost silent in use. Flight sim premium was a 10 hour down load , plug in a logitech joy stick ,key board and mouse to USB,s in back of machine and a flying you go, I would recommend a PC off PC Specialist any day. The only thing I would like was some tips on the buying/configuration specs web site for newbies like me who did not know any thing about the internal parts of a PC, they did say my choice of power supply was wrong though. “Order progress information wasn't updated too often, and my order went from Pre-production with a 14 day estimate to ready for dispatch in the space of 2 days. Having said that, the overall production and delivery time was good. Packaging and delivery was excellent. I swapped a few components (ie graphics card, SSD, USB extender, DVD) from my old machine into the new one. Installing the components was easy and the cable management within the new PC is good, but I disturbed some cables during the swap and didn't know where to put them back on the motherboard. I called the support desk and was provided first class support by Louis Charles - thank you and a big pat on the back. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist to anyone looking for a quality machine, built to their own requirements, at a very good price. In addition, the after sales support is outstanding.”

“Brilliant service, I’m totally clueless to the whole process but the website offered excellent guidance to build the PC for my sister. She was over the moon with it. Did take longer than expected for delivery but thankfully it came in time for her birthday!”

“So far I am very happy with my pc build, it looks amazing. Customer service is amazing I made around 15 changes to the original pc build I wanted and there wasn't a single issue. I spent a lot on this pc and so far it is worth every penny, I am glad I went with pc specialist instead buying a prebuilt. Their website is easy to use and has good details to guide you through the process. Build time took a little longer than I had hoped but I made several changes so its to be expected, delivery was nice and quick. Would I recommend PC SPECIALIST yes I would 5/5”

“The price was as expected considering the rig I purchased. I was kept up to date during pre build, the actual build, testing and dispatch. Delivered earlier than expected which is as always good. Devilery guy was spot on on time. Packaged well. 10/10 guys.”

“For the market prices currently, I’d say pre built is the way to go and PCS is easy to work with and easy to use. The response time was very quick. The only thing bad for me was the wait time but that’s understandable and expected.”

“A long wait for the computer, but that was expected. Very high build quality and very reasonably priced compared to the competition. Was also impressed that a fan and an anti-sag bracket were added at no extra cost. At the moment with the shortages it's actually cheaper this way than buying the components and building yourself.”
