“An excellent company to to business with, friendly, professional and questions answered promptly and in a polite manner. Their website is easy to navigate and the process of building your custom PC, with suggestions for suitable alternative components offered and priced. I was kept informed at every stage of the build process and would have no hesitation in recommending PCSpecialist to anybody who wants a quality PC.”

“My order was processed very smoothly and delivered bang on-time. Unfortunately the graphics card was faulty but after talking with tech support and a couple of experiments a new card was sent out to me which arrived the next day. All works perfectly now. Absolutely superb customer service.”

“Excellent Service. From the first moment I started to custom build my new PC using the configuration app it was a seamless experience. I wanted to check on a couple of options that I had selected and used the customer service helpline on two occasions. Although I was warned that the waiting time could be quite long I did not experience any undue delay. On each occasion my questions were addressed by knowledgeable staff and I left feeling confident in my choices. Price wise I feel that the cost pays represented good value. I was not looking to buy the cheapest setup and all of the components used were from top manufacturers. Once my order was finalised and placed it was easy to track on the very well laid out and comprehensive PCSPECIALIST site. From order to delivery I felt that the time period was acceptable. I was not looking for the fastest delivery as I preferred to use a company where quality took priority over speed. The unit was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The build quality of the PC was outstanding, all cables etc well secured and plenty of clear space for air flow. I chose a quiet multi cooling fan setup and am very impressed with just how quiet the system is.”

“ordered 2 PC's. estimated delivery was early March due to the GPU's being out of stock. PC's arrived earlier than expected (late Feb). great build quality, and well packaged on delivery. our Mechanical design engineers are very pleased with the new PC's and have seen a noticeable increase in performance over their old machines”

“Being a bespoke build I expected my PC to take more than the minimum time for delivery, however, PCSpecialist kept me informed (within my account) of progress throughout the process. It arrived via next day delivery, extremely well packaged and with full instructions to get started. The build was to a very good standard and for the price I believe the company provides an excellent service.”

“Amazing build. Great performance. 4 weeks from order to delivery and the update system online was great. I had a query mid build and the team helped me. Only thing.. If I was being picky is the cable management, but absolute minor detail there was a little cable not tied as tight as it could be”

“The website is well set up and makes configuring a PC really easy. It is also useful to use the forum to get feedback regarding the configuration. I changed mine following receipt of some really useful advice regarding CPU, case and fan configuration and power source enabling me to improve the specification for only a small increase in cost and a far better PC. PC Specialist kept me informed of the progress of the build and delivery details. I am delighted with the PC and PC Specialist's service and attention to detail including the additional advice regarding the fitting of wifi aerials and connecting the monitor to the right socket.”

“I could get exactly what I wanted in my new PC replacing a 10 year old system. The online specification system worked very well. I am retired and not necessarily very confident in knowing all the technicalities of a new PC. I suspect that though young gamers wanting maximum performance for their money are the main target audience of PCSpecialist - the company still gave the likes of me the best possible system. Their online Forum was great for getting others to comment on my configuration before I committed to buying it. Everything about the company seems very professional. The website kept me informed as to the build of the system and it was securely delivered quicker than I anticipated. Difficult to find anything to criticize (maybe the CD is a bit noisy? - but then I will hardly use it again after I have loaded all my old legacy software). I would definitely buy from PCSpecialist again & would recommend them to all my friends.”
