“Experience was pretty much inline with what I was expecting. If I could suggest one improvement then this would be to point out your network card does not support Bluetooth. Some cards do, but the card I chose does not and it didn't occur to me to check.”

“MASSIVE thank you to PC specialist, built me a monster of a PC, work of art. Cable management was incredible, runs and looks beautiful. Specs below: 12th gen Core i9 18 core, TUF NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090, 128GB Corsair RAM 2TB M.2 SSD, 8TB SATA SSD, H150 CAPILEX AIO. 10 120 FANS in a Corsair ICUE 5000X Tempered glass case.”

“Very efficient service from ordering to delivery.GE FORCE RTX graphics card had 3 red lights come on after 1 day but after checking forums switched off PC at mains and restarted and the 3 lights have not returned. Glass sided case gives great view of colourful interior.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Spent some time in Pre-Production (which I believe is normal), but then went through build, testing and dispatch in about two days. Packaging was excellent with clear instructions included. Also impressed with the build quality too. You can really see the care that was put into it. Have had it set up for about two weeks now and no problems to report. Should also mention the PCS forum. Well worth going to for advice before purchasing. The guys there are not employees of PCS, but other customers who give their time freely to answer questions and help get you the best build for your money. This was my first experience with PCS, but will definitely use them for my next build too. Highly recommended.”

“Second Laptop supplied by PC Specialist. Can't fault them on service or quality. Not the only family member who use them. Good selection of spec. built to your configuration,lets you know if everything is compatible. Great for me as not always quite up to speed with what's new. Easy to order. Recommend them.”

“Recently received a laptop from PCS after purchasing a desktop from them some years ago. The whole experience has been very positive with everything done efficiently and professionally. Choosing a build from the excellent website to receiving the finished product went very smoothly and all my questions (by email) were answered promptly and helpfully. The product is very well built and works beautifully. In brief everything excellent.”
