“Kept in touch the whole way and great service and delivery. Only annoying thing was lead time was not made that obvious when ordering in regard to graphics card however overall very positive and very happy with the machine”

“Too early to comment. My grandson arranged the order and checked it out when it arrived, but until I can arrange to move all my data from my old PC to this new one and start using it I can't say more. Disappointed that the corrier just left it in our unlock lobby a little before the time for delivery and didn't ring the bell. It could have been taken by someone!”

“from picking the Pc to paying for it was as good as it gets, the choice and price of items where good, the live chat was easy and straight forward, ive had my Pc now, excellent service, superb Quality all round. will be doing my upgrade via PC specialist.”

“I found the whole experience easy and informative throughout the process from start to finish. My initial order was for an intel based chipset laptop, however, I cancelled the order for a higher spec AMD chipset laptop. The service support desk helped with this and the transition, which felt effortless. My bespoke laptop was built and delivered in just over a week. I'm a very happy customer that wouldn't hesitate in recommending 'PC Specialist' to my family and friends.”

“I have had several PCs from PC Specialist now and the last one lasted 7 years before it started to drop below minimum requirements for new games. My last build was very quiet (which my wife appriciated since I play with headphones in the living room) - the new pc seems completely silent! My only complaint was that I couldn't easily tell which cases would take an optical drive (which I planned to keep from my old pc). But after contacting support, the answer was simply to add a DVD to the build and let the validator check it. I could then remove the drive - though I eventually decided that they were cheap enough that I would have a new one. The build time was slightly over the original estimate, but again the support line was able to give me an update which was very accurate (and only a few days later than planned). The machine was well packed for delivery and neatly assembled. It all worked first with no problems.”

“I wanted a better computer to handle animation and playing videogames on, so far, its been perfect! It took about 2 weeks to get here, the longest part of the process is the processing of the payment for me, that was the first week. I feel like being able to log onto the website and just see where my pc was in development was the most easing thing for my brain. As well seeing how the percentage of orders being completed, it felt like I could always know and trust that my pc was being built. The UI felt good. Though if I had to give any criticism, when you log onto the home screen and scroll down to Order details, where it says Action feels like it means Status instead. I would accidently click that thinking it would take me to see the progress of my pc but it got me to my specs instead, which I feel should be its own column. Other than that I think its laid out nicely and works well.”

“My PC took about 3 weeks to arrive from the time of ordering. Longer than advertised but it was worth the wait. It runs so smoothly and plays games better than I could of expected. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Fantastic service from pc specialist and staffs are really helpful but DPD company which is used by pc specialist as a courier company is not very good. They almost lost my parcel and couldn't able locate it. But after 5 days and numerous call to dpd customers service centre, I received my PC and very happy with it. But not happy with DPD SERVICE”
