“Easy process, lovely machine, kept updated through every part of the process.”

“Very easy order process for custom builds. They have lots of sections that are not too daunting or complicated, everything is labeled clearly and separated into a nice streamline process. The process time was excellent, my PC was shipped roughly 2 weeks after I ordered and delivered within 2 days of it being dispatched with A LOT of packaging for security and product safety, I had no fear that anything could have been damaged during the delivery. During the build time I even contacted their technical support about my order specifically with a few questions and they swiftly responded and helped me with some quires I had. The only issue I would mention is that during the build options for certain parts there was no price tag next to them when selecting, for example when looking through graphics cards there was an abundant selection but unless you select one, to see the total price with and without there was no way to see how much of a cost difference there is between any two cards, unlike other sections such as CPU cooling where the price is clear in brackets e.g (£59) next to that part. Overall excellent service and will 100% for sure use PC Specialist again.”

“Ordering was easy and the configurator good enough to advise for incompatible components, they took requests after I ordered regarding fan/radiator placement. Build time took a couple of weeks but within their provided estimate for dispatch and the PC was delivered next day. Setting up was easy however for some reason they had plugged some of my case fans into a waterpump header which by defaults runs at 100% RPM, was able to gain control of this through the BIOS to treat as a normal fan header but should have been noticed during building really. After a day of use i heard a cable getting caught in one of my fans, easy enough to fix but not sure why this needed to occur, to give the benefit of doubt it could have been moved during transit and was an easy fix. Rest of the service along with aftercare is very solid. Would recommend but strange little issues should have been sorted before being shipped out.”

“Great service, delivery times as expected,arrived in custom made box and well protected. Nice welcome package with necessary instructions and was up and running almost straight out of the box. Ooh, boots up to lock screen in seconds, setup was very easy once I was registered was able to start learning about Windows 11. Very happy with everything so far, great advice on options that were better than my chosen specs, some I was unaware of. Now getting to grips with the fantastic speed, colours, graphics etc, hoping this will give me a few years of great service. Highly recommend.”

“It’s great u can track what’s happening with your order. Delivery was in the expected delivery time and it was well packaged. We did have a problem a few weeks after delivery with the windows software but customer service was fantastic and helped sort the problem that day.”

“For the second time of ordering a desktop to my specification and pointing out some areas I was not able to meet my initial requirements, I was given great help (on the phone). I finished up with what I wanted, better than I asked for (after being told about options I had not seen) and given options for equivalent but less costly items. I will definitely be looking to PC Specialist when I require my next PC. Very helpful and cheerful phone rep.”

“I've been using PC Specialist for both business and pleasure in fact this is the 4th PC I've had them build in 20 years (approx). Always easy to use the website even though I'm not particularly in touch with all the technical aspects, it guides you through easily and if components are not compatible, it lets you know. On delivery its well boxed up and easy to set up. I've never had a need to use the warranty which is a reflection of the build quality. I would always recommend them.”

“It was all really easy and straightforward. The only confusion I had was the delivery time. On the website, I think it was, it said 8-11 working days but in the email, it then said 12-14. That could have been a bit clearer. But everything else was good.”
