“There was no option for 4.5 stars so I had to award 5. The overall service from order to delivery was very good and what I would expect to receive. The only downside I have is the lack of information relating to the components on offer, especially with the graphics cards. I had to go to the Nvidia site to see how many and what type of ports the card had. When I entered the card specification, it said that it had 1xDP and 1xHDMI but when the PC arrived, it had 1xDVI and 1xHDMI. This wasn't the be-all and end-all, it just meant that I had to order a DVI to DP cable. Apart from that, I'm very happy and would definitely use again for future products.”

“My old PC had died & I couldn't find a suitable replacement in the 'off the shelf' stores. After advice from PC Specialist's forum, I settled on a spec & placed an order. The new machine arrived within about two and half weeks & was very well packed. I had a bit of trouble getting Windows up & running, as I had to connect via an Ethernet card, before I could install my Wifi card from the old PC. There's also been the odd occasion where the machine doesn't recognise the USB mouse/keyboard on booting, but other than that everything has been fine. I mainly use the PC for processing Astrophotograhy images with Pixinsight & compared to my old PC, this is lightning fast. Stuff that use to take several minutes to process is now done in a matter of seconds. Communication with PC Specialist has been good & I'll be happy to use them again in the future.”

“I received the computer after about 3 weeks, which is satisfactorily fast. It was packed very well and safely. Components installed correctly, everything worked without a problem from the first start, but there was one problem. No WiFi adapter drivers installed. Not important to me, but if someone does not have internet via a LAN cable, the lack of WiFi card drivers will be a problem. I rate the quality of the product and contact with PCSpecialist as 5 stars”

“So happy with my new pc. The ordering process via the PCSpecialist website was so easy. From ordering to delivery only took 15 days. PCspecialist prices are totally unbeatable from what I found that’s why we chose them. The build quality is superb, and it came very securely packed.”

“A very simple and informative custom build process so I was able to get the exact specifications I wanted. Updated every step of the build process, from Pre-Build to shipping. This is the ONLY company I use and have been with them for over 10 years and 3 custom PC's. I cannot recommend this company enough, I'm a very satisfied repeat customer.”

“My existing PC is nearly 11 years old and it too was a PC Specialist machine. It has provided excellent service over that time and still remains highly functional. My new PC is powerful, quiet with a neat and tidy construction (one screw on the Corsair cooling fan unit not screwed in properly). Took a bit longer to build than I would have liked but I am happy and hope it will keep me going for another decade.”

“Happy with the build, it was a bit more expensive than the article in Custom PC but that's the way things happen at this time. I made the decision to change a few items in the build. I have added a few items myself to the pc like the Cooler master RGB fan at the back and I changed the graphics card support and have added another M2 drive for my games. No problems with the set up everything worked ok, well pleased with the finished pc. It will play all the games I want to play so that will do me.”
