“Website is a little clunky, would be nice if options were greyed out (but still pickable) if they are incompatible with something else (maybe also show what the incompatibility is with?) But great prices and I gave them a call and the rep was super friendly and helpful! So they get the 5* ☺️”

“Customer service was great I basically just knew what processor and graphics card I wanted and after telling them my budget they filled in the rest of the quote within £100 of my budget. Build time and delivery were quick i got my PC within 7 working days. Only dropped 1 star as i was slightly disappointed with the case nobody told me that it came with only 2 basic fans so no RGB lighting so the case is dark inside and for the sake of £76(LED fans and controller kit) it would of looked a lot better inside but my fault i guess as i never specified i wanted cool looking fans, i just assumed that if I was spending 3k on a PC it would of looked better and not just like a big black box and I don't want to send it back just to get fans fitted.”

“I really like how easy it is to pick the type of laptop I wanted and be able to customise certain components. I'm not hugely technically minded, but this gave me enough options to increase the spec of my machine without being overwhelmed. The price seems reasonable for this spec and I was happy to be buying from a company with a good reputation. Having a checklist of what stage my new laptop was in production/delivery was helpful. Overall, so far, very happy.”

“Overall the laptop that I bought was very good, but the camera is rubbish. I'm told that I shouldn't expect anything better with just 1Mpixel camera, but surely it should be in focus and not washed out. Very disappointed when I have had several computers from them over the years and not had a problem.”

“Very impresses by PC Specialist. They offer a wide range of PC options and their customisation feature is very simple to use. Most importantly, it will actively warn you about purchasing components that are not compatible with the rest of your build. I consider this an essential part of the build process. Ordering was easy and the price of the system I picked was competitive compared to other sites. Build and delivery took less that 9 working days - well within the period I was expecting the PC. It was delivered safely and had been well secured for transit. Documentation that PC Specialist provide is also excellent. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this to someone purchasing a PC and would absolutely use them again.”

“We were scanning the internet for the best place to buy our gaming PCs and we definitely found it! The build process online is such a simple process and tells you if something isn’t compatible. The build time was only 7 working days and then delivered next day delivery. The computers look and do the job perfectly! We did have a couple of teething problems regarding an audio problem however the technical team found a solution remotely and got us up and running as quickly as possible. The entire process was smooth and painless, would definitely use again in the future!”

“My PC was sent within the promised timeframe and communications throughout were excellent, as is the PC itself. I had one issue with the Windows 11 build (systemsettings.exe crasing when trying to change taskbar settings). Quickly resolved with DISM/SFC /scannow so I didn't get a chance to test support. This should probably have been picked up in testing/config, hence one star deducted, but overall a good experience and I would definitely use PC Specialist again.”

“The PC turned up neatly within the predicted dispatch dates and keeping track of it was easy through the website. When I did have a couple technical issues early on after setting the desktop up the support was very helpful and quick to get back to me.”

“My new PC was delivered over two weeks ago. Delivery, packaging, etc. all absolutely fine. However, the "f" key on the wireless keyboard didn't work. Notified the company and it took well over a week to get an answer about how to send the old one back and get a replacement. The replacement turned up on Friday but the mouse and USB receiver were missing from the pack this time. I am now involved in an ongoing saga about them checking CCTV footage in their stores to see what happened when they packed it. I'm not interested in what happened at their end - I just want the functioning keyboard and mouse combo that I ordered. Very poor customer service on this. Shouldn't be taking this long. Have asked for a refund and will source this separately elsewhere.”

“PC Specialist helped me tailor a new system to my needs. Pre-ordering, they were helpful in answering questions. They kept me updated during the build process, and so far, the system is running very smoothly. If you are unsure whether to use them, drop them an email and they are sure to respond.”
