“I could get exactly what I wanted in my new PC replacing a 10 year old system. The online specification system worked very well. I am retired and not necessarily very confident in knowing all the technicalities of a new PC. I suspect that though young gamers wanting maximum performance for their money are the main target audience of PCSpecialist - the company still gave the likes of me the best possible system. Their online Forum was great for getting others to comment on my configuration before I committed to buying it. Everything about the company seems very professional. The website kept me informed as to the build of the system and it was securely delivered quicker than I anticipated. Difficult to find anything to criticize (maybe the CD is a bit noisy? - but then I will hardly use it again after I have loaded all my old legacy software). I would definitely buy from PCSpecialist again & would recommend them to all my friends.”

“The company's website provides a lot of choices of components to choose from, therefore it is quite flexible to tailor my PC for my own specific need. The website is easy to understand and follow. It takes quite while to wait for them to make my PC, but the delivery service is absolutely fantastic.”

“My laptop developed a hardware fault more than one month ago. Despite having bought "gold" warranty from PCS, I was forced to explain the problem to no fewer than 12 of their "support" staff and the issue has STILL not been resolved. I have wasted many hours on this matter, including dozens of emails and phone calls of up to 47 minutes, spending long periods on hold and then patiently explaining everything over, and over, and over again, only for the person I spoke to then vanish and another person taking over after a further delay, with messages going unread, calls unanswered, nobody ever calling me back despite promising to do so, having to restart from a blank slate yet again, again and again and again. It seems PCS are only interested in wearing me down and running down the clock on their service contracts. I am truly disgusted by all of this. They should be ashamed of treating anyone like this.”

“Over the moon with my new high spec PC, fast build and easy to track. Website was clear and easy to use to help build my PC correctly, and said if any components were not compatible or not needed. Would highly recommend this service to anyone building out their beasty PC!”

“With an easy to use Configurator, that helps you choose the best components, you are able to build the computer of your choice. However, it helps know what you want. The support team are very helpful, (Zaiyn & Jordan) & are able to resolve any issues very quickly & satisfactorily, I am very happy with my PC, Thank you :-)”

“The website was easy to navigate and the customer service staff were very helpful in providing me with information whilst building my computer, especially Thomas Dick, who was brilliant whilst assisting me choose and order my final build. I am very happy with my pc and would highly recommend”

“PCs are great was easy to setup. However due to getting 2 PC I paid for 2 bullguard virus programme there was no option to only get 1 and 1 can be use for 3 devices.”

“Bought laptop in June2022. After 1 month of building and testing ehy delivered to me laptop with broken MB. It took me 3 months to get RMA and remotely poof fault, and then over the moths of requesting them to test my laptop. I have been receiving email: We cant reproduce fault. When I was lucky and on the end of november thay manage to reproduce the fault company become silent. Lucky me I bought it using PCS finance option. In February I've contacted Bank and request cancelling transaction. They decided to charge me for bottom case of the laptop as well as for the charger as apparently it was damaged. After few stupid emails I manage to force them to send me back the parts (they ware refusing, as apparently they think I dont need it?!). I was not able to notice any marks of usage!! PS is fully operational. (Judge it yourself photos included, bottom case has some dust on it but it coud be as well from my usage as well as PCS testing process)”

“The webpage was easy to use, anything that wouldn't work would pop up prior to ordering, Once building had begun the process went extremely quick, which was very impressive, the computer arrived in excellent condition, the help guide for set up was greatly appreciated! In comparison to my old laptop I am blown away with the new PC. Excellent Company definitely recommend.”
