“I ordered a heavy-weight gaming tower which you can imagine isn't the cheapest purchase. The building time and delivery took exactly as was estimated. I received my long-awaited PC without any problems and great instructions on how to setup. It has now been over 10 days since I received it and everything seems to run perfectly.”

“The quality of my pc is insane. Ordered a whole new rig with a i7 12700k and rtx3070ti and pc specialist have made this build with love and care. Was a bit suspicious after purchasing due to the wait time but once you get the product it really proves why they take their time as they take every aspect into account. Thank you so much”

“I have built my own pc in the past but decided to get it built custom by someone who actually knows what they are doing. And boy was that the right choice. My first pc had terrible cable management, had an incompatible cpu and motherboard (not my fault mind you, the place I bought from had forgotten to update the bios), and just generally had a bunch of issues that I had to debug myself with very little knowledge outside of what each component does. Switching to PC Specialist meant that I did not have to worry about any of those things. Firstly, the prices were the best I could find for the area that I live. The PC arrived in pristine working condition, the cables were beautifully managed (there was even enough space to transfer my own hard drives without interfering with the wires). I have not had any issues with the PC since it arrived. My PC also arrived on time so I did not have to deal with customer service.”

“As someone who is not the most experienced when it comes to PC stuff, PC Specialist made the whole process streamlined. From their easy to use website, which notifies you of incompatibilities between components, to their Live Chat service, who were able to answer any questions I had such as the manufacturer of certain graphics cards available on the website, PC Specialist were able to make an initially daunting process a lot more manageable for me. The price of the PC I ordered seemed fairly reasonable to me (taking into consideration the inflated PC component prices right now and the fact that you're having people build the PC for you, of course.) When the PC arrived, it was pretty much ready to go right out of the box and I found it ran very smoothly. The cable management was very neat. It also came with a manual from PC Specialist instructing you how to set everything up (very helpful for anyone setting up a PC for the first time ever), as well as all the manuals for the individual components in your build, as well as any spare screws and cables that weren't used. Very handy if you plan on making any upgrades to your PC down the line, or just if you want to become better acquainted with the individual components of your system. My only criticism is that my PC had sticky smudges on the inside of the tempered glass side panel as well as what appeared to be small drips of thermal paste on a couple of places around the edges of the case. That being said, this is a relatively small criticism and obviously has no bearing on the performance of the machine, so I'm not too bothered by it. Several days after receiving my PC, I did run into some issues, however, I want to emphasise that these issues caused by drivers I installed after receiving the PC, so nothing to do with how PCS built the machine. I called PCS up for some advice as to how to resolve the issue after trying several solutions beforehand, and they were very helpful and patient with me on the phone while I discussed the issue with them. In the end, because of the advice offered by them, I was able to fix the issue and get the PC working again just fine. Overall, I've had a very good experience with PCS. The quality of the build seems great to me (aside from the quite minor issue I mentioned) and I was also impressed with their customer service both before and after I purchased from them. I would highly recommend PC Specialist, especially for those who are new to PC Gaming and don't want to (or maybe don't feel ready to) build a PC themselves.”

“Very pleased. Was able to get the custom build I wanted quickly and for a considerably lower price than I was quoted elsewhere. Machine has been in intense use for a month since the hour it was delivered and have yet to encounter any difficulty or problem. Highly recommended”

“I had intended to buy a replacement laptop for my work (running sales and marketing for a small UK-based specialist radio hardware manufacturer). The problem was that I needed specific requirements such legacy interface ports that I couldn't get exactly what I needed off-the-shelf. I also realised that I'd be better off with a desktop and PC specialist gave me the chance to define exactly what I needed. The website was great and intuitive to use. The way it presented options & kept track of what was already entered ensured I had growing confidence in the ordering process. The price was fair and competitive and once I'd ordered I was able to relax, knowing it would come. It did take about a week longer than expected (I'd expected 10-12 working days from order to delivery and it ended up being more like 14 but that really is not a big deal) The PC itself came ready to use and absolutely what I wanted.”
