“The options and ease of navigating on the website was very good. I was also pleased with the customer service person on the phone who was friendly and informative. The forum has a lot of support too. I am in two minds about exchanging my keyboard which I envisage will also be a straightforward affair. Well done PCS!!!”

“Great custom build PC. Arrived exactly as ordered. Very quick & quiet machine and a tidy build. Suits my needs perfectly. Configuring on the website was very easy to do with a good range of components and the prices are competitive. As stated there is some lead time for builds though could easily track the status of my order on the website and was informed of any status changes; building, testing etc, via email. From ordering to delivery was just under three weeks. Afraid I cannot comment regarding the team there as I had no direct contact with them. Overall very happy and would likely order from PC Specialist again.”

“The ordering process was easy but I could have used advice on SSDs - modern software definitely needs one as even a powerful hard disk cannot keep up with the relentless demand for data. The system arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The display is superb. Once I have the new SSD, this will be my dream PC. The staff respond to emails promptly, so all in all, well done! (I am running Kubuntu Linux.)”

“Overall I am very happy with my pc. Everything is as requested and it came in approximately 3 weeks. The only issues I have are very minor. The middle fan on the front of my pc seems to wobble abit more compared to the other two. Also, the i9 cou sticker on the front is wonky. As I said these are only very minor”

“Super speedy build to delivery, with also help from the forums to make the pc. However pc arrived with a broken GPU which did get replaced within 2 working days. However when I bought the whole pc I excepted to get all the screws I would need and the boxes the components came with. Other than that amazing customer service and happy with my pc.”

“Customer service not very helpful.The price was not to bad.Once the pc was built finally delivery was quick.I have not had to return yet or asked for a refund.l asked for 6.1 on board sound but did not get,when speaking to some at PCSpecialists they did not help at all”

“I was buying a gaming PC for my son and the sales people I spoke to were extremely helpful. I rang lots of times to make sure I was ordering the right specification that my son needed for his CSGO gaming. I was told delivery might be late January as I ordered late December but it arrived on 14th and my son is very happy with it.”

“We purchased a PC for my teenage son. The website and e-mails kept us up to date along the whole process. The machine was built and delivered as per the terms quoted and I was impressed with how the machine was packed and delivered. I now have a very happy teenager at home”
