“I bought the personalised mug for my partner's 50th birthday. He was surprised and happy with it's durability, light weight, sleek and manly design. It's easy to clean and best of all, it's not the same generic gift that anyone can buy at other retail stores. I like that it's a gift which is useful and is thoughtful without being cheesy.”

Thanks for your feedback, Shanu. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We did reach out via email, phone and SMS to better understand the issue and assist, however we didn’t receive a response. We also tested your specific Spotify code again on our end and can confirm it is working correctly. Just to clarify, the code does need to be scanned using the Spotify app (via the search function camera), rather than a standard phone camera. If this isn’t done, the music won’t play as expected. We’d still very much like to help resolve this for you. If you’re able to get in touch and provide a little more detail, we’ll happily assist and make sure everything is working as intended.
