“Im happy with the two personalised whiskey boxes overall. The designs look great and the boxes rhemselves feel solid and well-made. The only thing I would have preferred is a darker, more even engraving on the wood, as they both look a bit light and streaky in places. Aside from that, they are nice pieces. The engraved glasses that came with them look clean and sharp. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was quick. All in all, a good purchase with just a small improvement needed on the engraving depth.”

“I gifted this personalized wooden box to my husband, and he absolutely loves it! The quality of both the wood and the custom artwork is amazing. It’s very affordable and definitely worth the price. I also want to highlight their incredible customer service. My first box arrived cracked, but after sending a quick email with a photo, a replacement arrived within 5 days at no extra cost. “Despite a disappointing first encounter with this company, I cannot recommend them more highly. I contacted them about concerns I had about a product purchased and they could not have done more to resolve the issue. Communication was prompt and compassionate and the team really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The outcome was amazing and we have the highest regard forall concerned.
