“The whisky glass and stones were lovely and the presentation box was very smart. The latch was very nice. Communication during the whole process was excellent. Would certainly purchase from this company again.”

“Product quality as expected from previous purchases. Ordered 3rd, Shipping notification recieved on 8th, delivered 16th December. Needed for birthday gift on a girls weekend on the 14th. Listing stated 1-3 days turn around and shopping estimate on listing suggested delivery on the 10th-11th. Understandably a busy time of year, however a courier was used which reported they are unable to facilitate influx of parcels unlike larger postage corporations which increase their operations in an attempt to accommodate bigger volumes of parcels. Although not directly PF's fault, it will impact my consideration towards future purchasing.”
