“Arrived in a timely manner. Some of the writing though wasn’t sandblasted on properly and had come off. You could still see the letters had just lost the definition from the extra layer. Overall a great product.”

“I ordered the personalised wine glasses as christmas presents and I am super happy with the product. I have received great feedback on how beautiful the engaving is and the quality of the glasses. They have made such a lovely and personal gift. I also had a great experience with ordering this product as my queries regarding engravings were answered quickly and the product arrived pretty quickly considering that there was the additional step of engraving the wine glass.”

“The service was quick and accurate however the base of the beer mug was slightly dented and a small scratch on the front of the mug. I'm sure the recipient won't notice but good to let you know.”
