“I recommend this insurance to anyone who has a pet. They are very quick with reviewing te claims and getting back to you with a explanation on what and why your claim is paid or not. Have always had a great outcome with this company”

“My dog has recently suffered from UTI's. After many tests, antibiotics, anitinflamatories, bloodwork, urinalysis, Ultrasound, the proble was discovered as bladder polyps. She has multiple and needs to have they removed. She was placed on a special prescribed diet food that is not covered by the insurance, which I find inexcuseable. Consultations (teklehealth) are also not covered. After meeting the dedctible and copay, I was reimbursed to approximately 50%. For the price I pay for wellness and coverage for two beagles constantly rising, the coverage is unfair. Now she needs a procedure, preferable a non-invansive one to remove the polyps and biopsy. I have yet to receive an estimate, but I fear the price. My pup is only 4.5 yo, full of life. I will not end it because I cannot afford the medical bills, but I feel stressed about it, which is inhumane.”

“Sent in my first claim for our two boxer puppies wellness exams. Submitted claim Sept 29th, had reimbursement payments made to my Care Credit on October 22nd. Very pleaaed.”

“I appreciate all the coverage that I have on my policy. The time it takes to get reimbursed can be beyond 30 days by the time the reimbursement is seen in the checking account.”

“While I’m happy about getting reimbursed properly, it takes FOREVER to get a claim processed. It took nearly as month for my claim to get processed. That’s just crazy when other companies are getting claims done within days.”

“Our experience with Pets Best was short due to the death of our dog. Red went in for an examanation and the results required ending her life. Our experience with the Pets Best folks was brief. They were polite, helpful and supportive. They wished us well and hoped our journey through the event was going to be short.”

“Reasonalbe rates and great service. Typically quick claim review and payment. I've had a couple issues with my cat these past 9 months and Pets Best has insured her according to the contract without ANY issues. I would definitely recommend this insurance to anyone.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog has never been diagnosed with allergies, yet they deny any and all claims related to paw injury/infection just because she had an allergic reaction once as a puppy. I have never been paid back for any of the claims and they keep raising the cost of monthly payments just because your dog naturally ages. Their wellness plan is fgarbage as it does not cover anything other than possible taxes. I will never reccommend this brand to anyone nor will i use for my future pets.”
