“Pets Best has always followed through on their promises. I am very happy with their coverage. Do be careful to not expect them to pay for things that your policy does not cover. Read the fine print. Their new $1000 deductible 90% coverage policies will be good if there is a major event...but can be tough when you fall short of the deductible”

“My most recent claims for our two pups who have the same plan and had the same exact treatment at the vet recently resulted in a pittance being paid towards one pups claim and zero being paid on the second because they said one had already paid out for that treatment but it's their once a year well care visit and it couldn't have been paid already because it only happens 1x year. And my email to them about it went unanswered”

“For the most part, I'm satisfied. A month or two ago when I was trying to enter my other dog's (Tanner) surgery, whoever assisted me could not answer my questions regarding using your system. That was very frustrating so I put it away. Fortunately, I received great help when I was entering Willow's information. Even though that rep didn't know the answer, SHE TOOK THE TIME to find someone to help her...a learning experience for both of us! Give her a raise, she's the kind of employee any good manager wants.”

“I have 2 English Cream Golden Retrievers and they are covered by Pets Best insurance, this insurance company is awesome. They are fast to pay when you send in claims . They don't give you any issues. It's a great insurance for your animals.i highly recommend them. All my family use Pets Best too.”

“I am so lucky to have purchased Pets Best when my dog was a puppy! Bruno has developed numerous environmental and food related allergies which are very costly to diagnose and treat. Pets Best has paid every bill within a reasonable timeframe. I wouldn’t say they are quick, but in the end they pay and that’s what matters most.”

“Usually, my wellness policy covers most of the vet's charges, but this time, it only covered about half. I'm not sure that the benefit is worth the premiums any more.”
