They seem like they pay a fair share of the bill and does a good job at helping me send in the receipts that I'm not sure of what I'm doing. No complaints yet. GOOD JOB!!!&

Happy to have insurance because you never know when you'll need it. Yes, its expensive, but I like the peace of mind. Their website and app are easy to use, easy to file a claim with. Reimbursement comes quickly, usually in 7-10 days.

We've used Pets Best Pet Health insurance for 8 years, and will continue to do so for our pets. They provide great coverage, have good rates and they have a very reasonable claim filing and reimbursement process. I'd love to see coverage expansion to herbal supplements. Thanks to everyone at Pets Best !

I submitted my claim and I purchased an annual supply of nexguard. I submitted it at the last month before my annual renewal. They excluded it and said I had exceeded the maximum. Shouldn't the remaining months carry over to the following deductible. Seems odd?

I really like this service! The first handful of reimbursments (which were the result of my pup's new cancer diagnosis) took a while to review and pay out, which I was quite anxious about at the time. After that initial set of reimbursments, they've been very quick to get back to me. I wish there was a little more built-in information on the website, such as how much of the deductable is remaining before the insurance really kicks in and the cost jump between the first year and the renewal was unexpecxted. I initially signed on for about $73/month for one adult large dog and now pay about $101/month. Considering the ongoing treatment, I still think this service is worth the cost and I appriciate having it on hand so that I can support my pup to the best of my abilities. I'm positive the only reason she's alive is because of the financial assistance from PetsBest.

This was my first time filing a claim with Pets Best and I am completely unimpressed with their turn around time and communication regarding their tardiness. Their website boasts fast, personal service and I didn’t feel that promise was met. Once I submitted a claim, there was no communication on how long processing would take and I was unable to find the information listed on their website. I did finally receive a generic, impersonal email apologizing for the delay, but no estimate on processing time. Nor did I receive a reply to my e-mail when I asked for an estimated processing time. I received an email update confirming the reimbursement amount on 7/1/25. Since my reimbursement method is to my bank account, it listed it will take approximately 5-7 days. That means day 7 is tomorrow and I’ve yet to receive anything. Their email did not specify if the days are business days and if the 4th of July would further delay this process. I’m think better communication would help to reduce frustration. I will be giving them another change should something else come up and will be switching if their customer support remains lacking.
