“I switched to Pet's Best from Trupanion once my 10-year-old dog passed and I adopted a new 1 year-old. I have regretted it almost immediately. As it turns out, she had a pretty serious health issue involving hospitalization. The processing of claims is MUCH slower, from the approval process to simply reimbursing my bank account. Now that there's a pre-existing condition, I can't go back to Trupanion, but I would if I could!”

“This Company is simple the "Best" (that is why they use that word in there name). I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any part of this fine organization from ease of navigating the website to the outstanding customer service they provide. I am involved in the Dog Show World through the AKC and it is my belief that PetsBest stands alone when it comes to insuring Man's Best Friend. I researched all the major pet insurance companies and I am glad that I chose PetsBest Pet Health Insurance for my dog. The management should be praised / applauded for providing a important and critical service in maintain the well being of your pet.”

“Pets Best takes much longer to process claims than other companies. It also pays less and has too many deductibles. I will not transfer my other pets to this insurance and will be looking to other alternatives. Gina K. MD”

“I was 67 purchasing my first dog and then finding health insurance for her was a big part of my senior life.Adoption very costly.I took a leap on faith with Pets Best .I called talked to a very informative agent got a get price per month .I forgot asking about reinbusement for medical coverages so I called back and they took care of that and gave me a get price per premium.My first reimbursement honored .I give sent in my second reimbursement.The reimbursement very fast as well.Get insurance.”

“To the intire team at Pets Best.. a very big thank you. Over the 13 years for my little Jack Russell most amazing dog ever. She battled much of her 13 years off and on. Pests Best was always there for us. She is resting with no more pain . gone to soon. Thank you Rcooley and Jaxs”

“Switching to this pet insurance was initially a source of frustration. In the past, I've used other providers, and I was tempted to switch back due to the slow processing times and lack of updates. It felt like my claims were in a black hole. If this continues I will be forced to change insurances again.”

“Of all the pet insurance available out there, I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of Pets Best. Over the last year or so, I have submitted two claims for payment. Both were processed within two weeks of being submitted. No delays, and funded directly to my bank account. To me that is excellent service!”
