“It seems a good pet isurance company. My recent clain was paid within 24 hourts of my submitting it. I erred in that I submitted the claim for my 2 yr old's annual checkup only 11 months after the last one, and my policy only reimburses one of these each 12 months. My mistake for not checking beforehand but I nevertheless feel a bit miffed as the difference in reimbursment was quite substantial, I pay over $60/month premiums, and have not made other claims through the year.”

“We are very happy with Pets Best except it's my fault for not checking - but they have a prescription formulary and only cover certain meds. Meds like Panacur and Cytopoint are not on their formulary.”

“I submitted 2 claims for my Penny. They were processed very quickly. One claim needed additional information I didn’t need to do anything , Pets Best made the call to our veterinarian and the claim was processed on a timely manner. Thank you PB!”

“Reasonable rates, clear explanations of benefits, rapid reimbursement. Why isn't human insurance this good? It's a great company and what a relief not to have to worry about having to make a horrible decision to treat a pet and go bankrupt or let a pet suffer. HIGHLY recommended.”

“PetsBest has been a true blessing for me and my dog. They covered a major surgery that would have been financially overwhelming.
