“I have had my pet insurance with pets best for the past 5 years. I have never had any issues, all questions have been addressed bu some of the nicest people. When your stressed over your pet, getting to deal with very carring, knowledgeable people it makes everything 100% better! I have heard not such good things about other insurances, I would not have any other company!”

“Low coverage and high premium. Dog had an accident and needed dental care. My premium then DOUBLED. Had this for about a year and I didn’t do the math but I think I payed in more than I got out. I genuinely would not recommend.”

“after having our dog mauled by a bear, thankfully she survived and another dog had knee surgery and then bladder cancer that she did not survive, we did not have pet insurance on either one, When we rescued our current puppy I made sure we had Pet Insurance for him. I love that we have 2 coverages, one for wellness and another for emergencies. Pet Best Insurance is user friendly, responds quickly and has great explanations about my coverage. I recommend this business, you will not be disappointed!!”

“Pets Best Insurance is absolutely amazing. We have a dog who has had bilateral MPL surgeries and most recently a CCL surgery. Pets best insurance has been a dream to work with and has saved us so much money. I will always have insurance on my dogs. I am very thankful to have insurance with them as it has allowed us to give our dog the surgeries she has needed to maintain a happy healthy life.”

“Pets best was one of the better options in our price range as we were looking for pet insurance. Unfortunately we lost our dear dog much sooner than anticipated and pets best took the time to review our claim thoroughly. They updated us since it was taking longer to process that particular claim than normal. They also prorated us our last monthly payment and sent a condolence note attached. Good, trustful company.”

“Coverage is excellent based on plan selected. Claims turn around on average 15 to 21 days. EOB's are easy to understand. Staff is always helpful. They care.”

“Outstanding company. We have a policy for 5 years. Claims are efficiently handled and reimbursed directly to your bank acct. Many options for deductible and coverage. Great website and app. Highly recommended!”

“The initial year costs were very manageable. Their policies are tightened but my renewal increase for 2 dogs was over $300 for the year, that’s a steep price for 2 rather healthy dogs. They do take a couple of weeks to process a claim. Ok company to work with but in the future would shop around first.”
