“Great customer service experience”

“I have read reviews about other pet insurance companies that don't help and are expensive. Having pets best insurance gives me peace of mind. I have had 4 German shepherds and been through 5 surgeries. (3 with pets best) I have made claims and although it may take a little while to process they always have come through. I have always had positive intentions with customer service. Accident insurance is more affordable than vet and emergency room bills.”

“My pet recently passed. Pets Best paid the claim quickly, canceled my policy automatically, and refunded my premiums for the dates after she had passed. They acknowledged her passing and were very kind.”

“It use to be fantastic but now - well my dogs claim has gone from 60 -129 a month and I have had this dog for several years. At least 5 years on the plan. I had them go back and look. I have not used the insurance one time. Was told it was her age. So once again had to increase the deductible to 600 dollars. And that’s with having 4 other dogs with them as well. Then I need to call and get a new ip address every time I try to log in. Today was the 4 time - waste of my time. So it’s a shame. Like everything else you guys have gone down hill. Plus I wait longer and longer to get reimbursed. No wonder so many dogs are in the shelter and people euthanize for not much medical. Oh and you rarely ever cover my dogs with extractions for dentals. It’s sad. Went down hill.”

“I have been a client for 3 years now and can't say enough about this insurance. I have always been reimbursed for my claims and have never had any problems. Also the cost is very affordable especially when you have several pets. I highly recommend this company!”

“TERRIBLE reimbursement process. Took my 4 month old kitten in for wellness , her vaccinations etc. UPLOADED the itemized bill which was 258. Which says I paid with card etc. that wasn’t good enough I uploaded the sheet not properly. Then I upload a perfectly straight bill. Another week goes by. I finally got an alert on a Friday night like 9pm says I will be reimbursed 138. However an email came through right after pets best message saying my insurance does not cover these costs. I mean if that’s not the worst service I have ever seen. I do not know what is. Needless to say I will be switching. I pay more a month for this reason to get reimbursed. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!”
