“Pets Best is hands down the BEST pet insurance out there. They offer unlimited coverage at a reasonable price. Their customer service is excellent. I researched many pet insurance companies, but this is the one to to go eith.”

“I am really grateful for pets best insurance, I have never had an issue with claim denial, and their plans offer extensive cover at the best price I found through my research. My golden retriever had a routine dental and ended up getting severe post op ileus where he was in and out of the hospital for months. He now has IBD. we have filed almost 30k in claims. My only issue is how difficult the policy makes it to increase coverage once you’ve chosen a plan. If you decide you want to increase coverage amount, you have to go an entire year claim free. My goldens renewal period is in August, and unfortunately he just had a hospital claim 3 weeks past his renewal period in sept. (He would have to go August-August claim free) So because he will be 11 months claim free vs 12, we still have to wait 2 years to up the coverage. Before this visit he was 8 months claim free. I understand it’s a policy, and I’m sure all insurance companies are this way. My advice is when getting pet insurance, get the total coverage that you can possibly get because you likely won’t be able to change it if your dog ever develops an unexpected chronic illness. I have the unlimited coverage plan, but I really want to increase his reimbursement percentage and decrease his deductible. At this point, that seems nearly impossible though unfortunately.”

“Pets Best customer service always has the answer to one's concerns. I've been with them for several years and have had no problems as long as I do what is required from me. That would be sending in all soapnotes and invoices. I have two dogs.”

“It took over a month for us to get paid otherwise satisfied with everything. Shouldn’t have taken that long. I understand they needed to contact my vet to get records, but it should’ve taken a whole month.”

“I've been a member since my dog was 3 months old and I have to say thank goodness for insurance the only issue I have is it's seems to be taking a longer time frame to get a refund for service but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with the service and I do understand that sometimes it is beyond your control I'm not sure how you can cut that time down but I'm glad you guys are around to help cover these bills”

“I've been using Pet's Best insurance for 8 years since I adopted my first cat, and now my other two cats have plans as well. The monthly premium is not too expensive, and the coverage is really good! This insurance plan has really helped me afford some of my cats' big health expenses. It is also super easy to submit a claim on their online portal. I'll be sticking with them for all of my pets!”

“Coverage is not great and the costs keep going up and up. I have shopped around and most pet insurance companies are not as good as pets Best so I continue to stay with them”

“One of our dogs was attacked this year and needed life saving liver surgery. Our other dog has been dealing with cancer this year. I am so thankful for PetsBest. It is easy to submit claims and they reimburse what they say they will.”
