“On the plus side, good coverage and prompt claims processing. Unfortunately, two out three claims in the past six months were not fully processed. Whole invoices and receipts were missed. This seems to require a review or appeal process, which seems to take much longer.”

“Remember: dog insurance is never for regular vet visits. It's useful when an emergency happens. I chose Pets Best when I rescued my dog. A year later, he was hit by a car. The first vet that saw him told me it would cost too much to care for him, and I should put him down. I said: I pay insurance for this. Do any exams you need. I asked to be transferred to a different hospital, and after x-rays, CT scans, surgeries, and PT sessions, my dog had a full recovery, and I'm so glad I never listened to that first vet. Thanks to Pets Best, I was able to provide the best care for my dog and manage financially, with its great refund policy. I didn't need to wait long before I got a refund directly to my account.”

“We have been with Pets Best for several years. Filing claims on line is easy. Refunds are processed timely. I can always talk to someone in Customer Service when necessary. They are aways pleasant and knowledgable. Pets Best Pet Insurance is the BEST!”

“We've had Pets Best for our dogs for many years now and we are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. Sadly, we have had to cancel a few plans when our beloved pooches passed on and each time the representative has been so caring and kind. It's made what would be a terrible chore into a silver lining knowing that there are considerate, loving people in this world. The claims process has seemed to improve recently, too. The most recent claim for an accident was completed very quickly - thank you!”

“Reasonable monthly rate for the coverage they provide. They have a very fast turnaround when submitting claims and the app makes it surprisingly easy to submit claims and the documentation required for the claims”

“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance is great! Submitting a claim is very easy and yoi are notified via email when the review is complete. Going to the website to review the details of the decision is simple and so far the details are complete enough that I have not needed to contact the company for additional information.”
